Every Citizen should participate in the fight against the second wave of the pandemic and the nation should act quickly in curbing the virus wherever it shows up; said Dr. CV Ananda Bose, the enlightened civil servant and ever fascinating IAS Officer who is untiringly working for national integration, crisis management, youth empowerment, career development and social causes. We are a nation of tremendous soft powers and hard experience; we can handle the situation collectively being together everywhere.
We are a nation that is concerned very much about our fellow beings. Our youngsters are firefighters and our elders are equally vibrant. The retired, particularly doctors, nurses and others in health services should come back with untiring enthusiasm and should inspire and lead the youngsters to help the nation in handling the pandemic. Campuses, hostels and religious places should become makeshift hospitals. Those who had distributed food at the first pandemic should provide oxigen for the required suffering today. We should instill confidence in the people and help them to face the challenge with a smile; Dr Bose said while preparing a quick report to submit to the PMO.
Every measure that we have taken to erase the virus at it’s first wave need to be taken to handle the sacond wave as well. We are well aware about how the virus behave. Let us maintain physical distance but keep working by creating safe environment at untapped areas.
Every pandemic is a challenge. We should take extra steps to reduce the damages and to resurge our economy. Career draught is the immediate after effect of every pandemic. We should create opportunities even while we are busy in attending emergencies. The country should join together and rearrange it’s working population. We should create equal opportunities at rural locations by strengthening digital networks and transportation facilities. Railway should go for a huge expansion plan involving people at rural areas. Connectivity is as important as electrification and Digitisation. Every railway station should become a mini junction and circular metro lines can operate throughout the day connecting every place in India into the railway map.
Global Micro Finance Corporation:
Micro investment options opened up globally and mass movements introduced locally under co-ownerhips and collaborative models when combined together will do wonders for Rural India. We should reverse globalisation to localisation now. Cities should connect with every surrounding places in fifty kilometres radius. Twin districts development concepts should emerge in a big way. Village Panchayats should search for global counter parts and establish global alliance for development projects. All these will create employment opportunities for those who are moved out from the cities. Nirmithi Kendra model mass movements in transportation, connectivity and career development in this area can quick make India to achieve a 20% GDP growth even at the tough situations.
Rural housing schemes should become an internationally collaborative movement now. Several new concepts ranging from work at home to work for home should emerge at every place. Every good idea should get replicated across the nation. Cities that creates ripple movements can progress faster. Star hotels also should make ripple movement strategies like city food festivals and ethnic festivals.
FLY INDIA FLY:
A new collaboration of Farmers, Ladies and Youth should emerge from everywhere now. We should organise harvest festivals and farm picnics to engage people in creative initiatives. Students who are idle should take this opportunity to gain experience at safe environments. We should activate students movement through every Organisation in the campus becoming digitally empowered. Military and paramilitary forces should join campus movements in engaging every citizen in rebuilding the nation.
Every individual should make sure that he or she is becoming more responsible and quick responsive for bringing the nation back to normal. It’s time not to get panic but to get prepared for addressing every challenge in front upfront; Dr. Bose said.
