Confidence building is a primary requirement for students. Good communication skills, Inter personnel interaction, convincing ability, analytical capabilities, thinking and articulation of action plans, action and reviews etc. are all important for a better future.
All these capabilities come with action and performance. Do we have a practice platform for confidence building in our campuses? No! This is the primary difference between Indian Education with Western Education. Secretary Generals of Green Card is taking initiative to upgrade our methods by getting into Campus Initiatives of Action and Practice.
Who is there to work with students:
Secretary Generals of Green Card is about 10 people in every Indian City. They are the coordinators of this initiative. About 40 Mentors from every city are also there to guide students nationally. One of the major focus of Green Card is in the Gandhian principle of Gram Swaraj. Every Village is being shifted from Rural Village to Global Village. This is the difference of time. Any village with Internet facility is a Global Village. We can reach any place from any place digitally. This is a huge advantage.
We can do a lot like doctors doing remote surgery with help of technology. All that the campuses should do is to create a platform for students to use their free time. Every student need personal attention and hearing. We need to plan everything according to the requirement of the students to enhance skills and capabilities.
