Indian education is in the trap of inefficiency and Inefficacy!
Who had made it into such a rat trap? One has to get into the trap to come out with the so-called designation of doctorate that create no consequences in the society thereafter. There are plenty of areas to do real research in India but the ifs and buts in our education system is such that no one can come out with a respectable PhD from any of our traditional universities. Kindly forgive me in case there is any sincere PhD guides or systems free from external pressures and procedural hurdles functioning anywhere in India. We are missing the best of our times in history by continuing with our rotten systems in the education front.
What respect our universities are giving to the PhD guides?
Nothing! One has to bow in front of the dirty politician and polish their shoes to get into powerful positions. What kind of reforms or what kind of a charm we can feel when we get an honorable whatever rewards and awards? Our systems are cancerous and one to other one it makes no difference. What I am writing here is meaningless when you are not understanding the pain and anguish that I am undergoing while writing this in the early hours much before the sunrise.
My hope is in the sun and the governing force of the sun to intervene and guide the system with wisdom. For what are we gaining power and positions when we feel ashamed thinking the way we have got it. When shall we feel proud about our existence and the effectiveness of our interventions?
One very respected Swamiji had told it very right about how he had become a Swamiji. He was asked to give an application to be selected as a Swamiji it seems. How come I apply for such a noble position? He had refused to submit any kind of requests or recommendations with regards to such a respectable position. He was very firm and clear about his position that he was invited and sworn in to become one of the highly respected Swamijis around.
Many of our religious leaders are not respected from within. There is no point in having anything that doesn’t give you a feel of satisfaction and self-respect. India is an exporter of human resource to entire world. We are creating it more rigorously by applying more and different methods of control. We expect to control the universe that we are not able to comprehend even a dot about it.
Forget about defining existence of us and our planet systems through external measures. We have to discover ourself by getting into experiences. Tough times had made powerful human beings. Suffering had made people strong. Even death cannot punish a person. There is rebirth and victory further. Different religions teach them in different ways. Some shows heaven and hell to offer at rebirth, but rebirth is there in every belief. We need to take rebirth at every moment with every kind of experience that we undergo.
We feel rigorous pain when our beloved suffer injustice imposed by wrong systems. Their sacrifice is something heavy to understand and justify. Everyone involved are very clear about what had happened and how it has to be set right.
Give respect to the respectable.
