NIPM MANGALORE CHAPTER TO ORGANISE HR SUMMIT 2023 ON NAVIGATING THE FUTURE OF HR IN THE ERA OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) FOR ORGANISATIONAL EXCELLENCE

The National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) Mangalore Chapter, in collaboration with Deloitte Bengaluru, is organizing an HR Summit on November 4th, 2023, at Hotel Ocean Pearl in Mangaluru. The theme of the summit is “Navigating the Future of HR in the Era of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Organisational Excellence.”
The summit aims to equip HR professionals with the knowledge and tools they need to excel in the rapidly evolving business context. With AI becoming an integral part of HR practices, understanding its nuances and potential is paramount.
The summit will feature expert speakers and interactive sessions, providing attendees with valuable insights and practical strategies to harness AI’s power while fostering organizational excellence.
The Summit will be inaugurated by Shri Nanjappa K.G., Additional Director of Factories & Boilers, Government of Karnataka at 9.00AM. Shri. Adhika Rathna Shekhar, Chairman and Managing Director, Balmer Lawrie &Co Limited, Kolkatta will deliver the key note address of the HR SUMMIT 2023.
Mr. M H Raja, National President, NIPM will be the Chief Guest, Shri. P R Basavaraju, Hon National General Secretary, NIPM will be the guest of Honour and Mr. Steevan Pinto, Chairman, NIPM – Mangalore Chapter will preside over the event.
The valedictory session, scheduled for 5.00PM, will feature a speech by Shri Sudhir Kr Dixit, Chief Executive Officer of GMPL, Mangaluru.

Topics to be discussed will include the introduction of AI in HR, benefits of AI on HR functions, impact of AI on business HR process, AI in HR – boon or bane, future of HR in AI era, and role of AI on organizational excellence.
More than 200 HR, IR and Learning and Development professionals are expected to participate.
