Ronald Gomes Unanimously Elected as President of Catholic Association of South Kanara
CASK has a history of Visionary Leaderships in the past. Continued with it’s tradition, Ronald Gomes has been unanimously elected as the President of the Catholic Association of South Kanara (CASK) during the organization’s 111th Annual General Body Meeting held at Bendur Church Hall, Mangaluru.

Ronald Gomes, the Founder and Managing Director of Sunray Products Pvt. Ltd., brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role. Under his leadership, Sunray Products has become a renowned name in solar on-grid power projects, with a presence spanning 27 years across South India. Notably, the company has successfully executed prestigious projects such as the O&M projects of Cochin International Airport and the world’s largest floating solar power project at Omkareshwar, Madhya Pradesh.
A Proven Track Record
Gomes’ impressive credentials extend beyond his business acumen. He has previously served as President of Rachana – Catholic Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Mangaluru, and as Lions District Governor of Dist. 317D, covering DK, Hassan, Kodagu, and Chikmagaluru. His leadership and vision have consistently made a positive impact in the community.

The 111th Annual General Body Meeting was conducted by President Capt. Vincent Pais, with Secretary Dr. Anand Pereira presenting the minutes of the previous AGM and Treasurer Norbert Shenoy presenting the financial reports. Election Officer Walter D’Souza oversaw the election process, ensuring a smooth transition to the new leadership.
