Instructions:
The competition is open to anyone aged 15 years and above, regardless of gender.
Submissions must reflect Kerala’s cultural context and should be between one and three minutes long.
Plagiarism or imitation is strictly prohibited to ensure originality and authenticity.
Participants can submit multiple entries, with an entry fee of ₹250 per film for those aged 25 years or younger and ₹500 for those above 25 years.
Short films can be shot on any camera, including mobile phones, making the contest accessible even to first-time filmmakers.
A distinguished jury comprising acclaimed filmmakers will evaluate the entries.
The organisers have made it clear that the jury’s decision will be final and binding.
How to Participate
Interested filmmakers must submit their entries either as a director or producer.
Winning prizes will be awarded in the name of the individual who submits the entry.
Ownership rights of all winning films will rest with TALKS India.
To participate:
Fill out the Google Form by scanning the QR code provided in the competition announcement.
Submit the entry fee to New Wave Film Society, Federal Bank, Kanjikuzhy Branch, Kottayam.
