Thanks for the nice topics and my respects and wishes to prof. Bhatia
1. Prof said correctly employability should not be connected with education
2 it’s a separate track or some time a product of education
3 think a business, how many doing a business with BBA or MBA degree program or just they do a business and gi ing job to qualified degree holders
4. Employers are highly conventional and poor risk-takers. Entrepreneurs are high risk-takers
5. Long back getting or earning a degree is a challenging part, whereas now due to more number of institutions higher or master degree is possible in big numbers and a challenging part is quality.
6. Still we can see how roads/water pipeline system/drainage system. In most of the cities/town in a normal and very bad state in a rainy season shows our performance, sadly very sad
7. One has to be more responsible in their domain and be sincere in their job radius and not just killing time to get a salary and even another 100 years, we ll be in the same state
