Judicial Employees Are an Integral Part of the Justice Delivery System – Justice Thyagaraja N. Inavalli
Sri Thyagaraja N. Inavalli, who began his legal practice in Mangaluru, joined the State Judicial Service in 1997, and while serving as the Principal District Judge at Belagavi was promoted and appointed as a Judge of the Karnataka High Court, was felicitated on behalf of the judicial employees of Dakshina Kannada District.

While accepting the felicitation at a programme held on 13.12.2025 in the District Court conference Hall, the Hon’ble Judge recalled the days when he began his legal career in Mangaluru. He stated that during that period, the judicial staff of Mangaluru were a model for the entire State due to their discipline, deep understanding of rules, and courteous conduct. He expressed that the present staff should continue this legacy. He noted that most of the staff who served during that time have retired, while a few are still in service, and he specifically acknowledged the services of senior Shirastedar Sri Prakash Nayak and Sri Rajesh M., who were present at the meeting.
He opined that judicial employees play a vital role as an inseparable part of the judiciary by complying with and executing court orders and by ensuring that justice is delivered swiftly to litigants.
On this occasion, he also released the 2026 calendar published by the Credit Cooperative Society of the Judicial Employees of Udupi and Dakshina Kannada Districts.
At the outset, the President of the Credit Cooperative Society, Sri Rajesh M., delivered the introductory address. The programme was attended by the Principal District and Sessions Judge of Dakshina Kannada District, Sri Basavaraj; the President of the Mangaluru Bar Association, Sri H. V. Raghavendra; the In-charge Chief Administrative Officer of the Dakshina Kannada District Court, Smt. Asha K. P.; and the Directors of the Credit Cooperative Society.
