The Quiet Voice That Saves a Thousand Lives | He Stands by the Broken and Lifts Them with Love | A Friend Who Listens When the World Turns Away

NV Paulose, Chairman, Global TV +91 98441 82044

Fr. Toby Joseph, S.J. is a Jesuit priest who has helped many young people. He is a counselor who listens with care. His work is full of kindness and hope. He gives his life to help those who feel lost or broken. Many people in Kerala and outside know him and respect him deeply.

The Beginning of Atmamitra
In 2012, a center called Atmamitra started in Kalady. It was set up on the Sameeksha campus. The word Atmamitra means “friend of the soul.” This center gives guidance and counseling to youth. Fr. Toby took charge of it with a strong mission. He wanted to help young people who feel alone, sad, or hopeless. He never asked about religion, caste, or background. He welcomed all.

Always Available to Help
Fr. Toby and his team set up a 24-hour helpline. Anyone could call. Even a missed call was enough. They would call back immediately. Many young people found hope through this service. He did not wait for people to come to him. He reached out to them. He believed that being present is powerful. Just listening can bring change.

Programs and Support
Under his care, Atmamitra grew fast. It offered counseling, workshops, and seminars. It went to schools and colleges. It worked with families. It gave training to students. It also reached people through phone counseling. Fr. Toby trained his team with both heart and skill. The aim was to make young people strong from inside.

The Power of Presence
Fr. Toby believed in showing up. He did not just sit in an office. He was there where people needed him. He listened without judging. He guided without pushing. His simple words gave courage. His silent presence gave comfort.

Stories of Change
Many stories speak of his impact. Some young people thought of giving up. But they found new strength after talking to him. Some families were broken. But they found peace after guidance. Some students lost their path. But they found direction after his visit. He became a true friend to many. His work touched many hearts.

100 City Ambassadors | The Human Resource Pool for the Thousand Pillar Human Establishment | Global TV

Lead a Team of 5 to 7 in Your City | Collaborate with each other | Together we can do things far better | Global TV

NV Paulose, Chairman, Global TV +91 98441 82044

The Philosophy: Micro Action

Each City Ambassador starts with a small step. This is called micro action. A teacher may guide a student who dropped out. A student may clean a part of the street. A shopkeeper may support a local craft. A mother may tell stories to children. A retired engineer may guide new business ideas. A musician may use music to bring peace. These are small actions. But when many people do them, they become powerful.

The Model: Massive Collaboration

The Ambassadors connect with one another. They come from different walks of life. They share what they know. They help each other grow. They find the needs of their area. They think together. They act together. They build trust. A computer expert can help a farmer. A nurse can support an artist. A lawyer can assist a women’s group. A street play actor can teach people about waste. This is how collaboration works.

What They Build: The Thousand Pillar Human Establishment

Together, these 100 Ambassadors build something bigger. They build a human system. It is called the Thousand Pillar Human Establishment. Each city becomes one strong pillar. If 10 cities have 100 people each, we have 1,000 people. If 100 cities take part, we have one lakh people. Each person is a support. Each person is a light. Together they hold the future.

The Human Resource Pool

Each city has its own pool of people. These 100 Ambassadors come from different fields. Some are doctors. Some are farmers. Some are artists. Some are students. Some are teachers. They understand local problems. They can guide others. They can train others. They can help in times of trouble. They can help create new jobs. They can protect the environment. They can support young minds. They become a living support system for the city.

The Call: Become a City Ambassador

This is not a job. This is a journey. There is no need to apply. Just take the step. If you believe that change is possible, you are ready. Join hands with others. Form your group of 100 people in your city. Share your ideas. Start with small steps. Work with your community. Stand with those who need support. Be the hope where there is none. Be the strength where there is fear. Be the change where there is silence.

  • Every City a Pillar
  • Every Person a Contributor
  • Every Act a Building Block
  • The future is not far away.
  • The future is what we do today.
  • Let us begin.
  • One hundred people.
  • One hundred cities.
  • Together we rise.

Remona Evette Pereira | St. Aloysius University | The Girl Who Danced into History | Global TV

Her mother stood by her side. The students and teachers of the university cheered her every step. On the last day, as she finished, the crowd gave her a standing ovation.

By NV Paulose | Global TV +91 98441 82044

Remona Evette Pereira is a student of St Aloysius Deemed to be University, Mangaluru. She completed a 170 hour Bharatanatyam dance marathon at her university. Her name is now entered in the Golden Book of World Records. She has brought great pride to herself, her family, and her university.

The Support of Her University
St Aloysius University gave full support for Remona’s performance. The management, teachers, and students stood with her every day. The open stage at the university became the centre of this great event. People from all walks of life came to see it.

To watch the Moment

The university made sure everything was well arranged. A group of teachers watched every session. Medical staff stayed on standby. Volunteers came in shifts. The leadership gave her all the support she needed. This was Remona’s great success. Also the success of the university that trusted her dream.

The Dance Journey
Remona started learning Bharatanatyam when she was three years old. Her mother was her first guide. She pushed her daughter forward with love and care.

As a child, Remona took part in many competitions. She won over a hundred prizes. But she wanted to do more. She wanted to do something special for Indian dance.

The idea of a marathon came to her. It was a big task. But she was ready.

The Record Event
The event began on July 21, 2025, at the university campus. It ended on July 28, 2025. Remona danced for 170 hours. She took only 15 minute breaks every three hours.

She performed using fire pots, glass pieces, and LED props. She also used clay pots and did balancing acts. She danced in pain and joy. She never gave up.

Her mother stood by her side. The students and teachers of the university cheered her every step. On the last day, as she finished, the crowd gave her a standing ovation.

The record was confirmed. The moment was real. The dream had come true.

A Mother’s Courage
Remona was raised by her mother Gladis Celine. Her father passed away before she was born. Her mother worked hard to support her. She even tested dangerous props before her daughter used them.

Remona says, “My mother is my first teacher. She has done more than I can explain. This record belongs to her.”

Awards and Dreams
In 2022, Remona received the Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar. Prime Minister Modi spoke to her online. He praised her story and her strong will.

But Remona did not stop there. She kept working. She kept learning. Her goal is to keep Indian classical dance alive among the younger generation.

She wants to open a dance centre for children and youth. She wants to teach orphans, disabled students, and others who have no chance to learn. She also wants to continue her studies and get a doctorate in Bharatanatyam.

The Role of St Aloysius University
St Aloysius University gave her a platform. They gave her time, space, and encouragement. They treated her project with respect. This helped her stay focused and calm.

Many universities talk about supporting students. But here, it was seen in action. The teachers worked beyond class hours. The students volunteered. Everyone was part of the journey.

The university has shown that it cares for more than just marks. It cares for dreams.

The Last Bow
After 170 hours of dance, Remona stood still. Her body was tired. Her eyes were full. She looked at her mother. She folded her hands.

She whispered one word.

“Amma.”

And the crowd clapped for a long time.

What is a Micro Edition?
A Micro Edition is a small, home-based media unit. It is handled by a Resident Editor or a Resident Manager. When couples take charge, one becomes RE and the other RM.

Twenty Micro Editions form a Group Edition. This is led by a Group Editor or a Group Manager.

The model is built on human connection. It values the power of teamwork developed in meetings at homes. It respects real relationships. Connect people, invite them home, build family relationship, identify the strengths of everyone. Create avenues to explore your strengths. Collect with Global TV. We shall help you with Massive Global Collaborations. Start Small. Keep doing. One day, you will be amazed to see your own performance.

Why Homes Matter
Homes are emotional spaces. They are filled with care, love, and trust. These are the best places to build lasting change. Housekeeping and hospitality are part of life at home. Global TV sees them as invaluable strengths. These are resources for greater capabilities. Let people tell stories. As we build content from the stories; community building will happen automatically.

What Drives the ME Model
The Micro Edition works on two strong ideas:

  • Citizen Journalism – Local people tell local stories.
  • Self-Financing Enterprise Units – Each unit manages its own strengths and resources.

Every ME becomes a centre for truth and trust. It is a media voice for the people, by the people.

Micro Media Enterprises: Local Skills, Big Impact
Global TV promotes small enterprises linked to media. These are called Micro Media Enterprises. Each person focuses on one to five micro initiatives. Any skill can become a source of income. When people join hands, small efforts grow big.

Example:
Grinding coconut, packing, freezing, and selling in cities.
One freezer can be shared by 100 people.
Each person works 2 hours a week.
This becomes a movement when 20 such groups work together.
Convents, families, or local clubs can lead this in cities.

Five Media Skills. One you must Learn

  • Speaking clearly and with confidence
  • Listening with attention and purpose
  • Organizing events, tasks, and teams
  • Writing short and meaningful reports
  • Managing social media and content flow

These skills are useful for everyone. They form the base of any Micro Edition.

SLOW and STEADY Win the Race

We bring new meaning to the old phrase. SLOW and STEADY are not just words. They are a blueprint for purposeful media teams. They are the key to self-financing and sustainability.

Start with SLOW
Build your media team with young people who are good at:

  • Speaking
  • Listening

Think ahead. Create models. Replicate with purpose.

T – Technology Savvy
Use common sense to handle the digital world. Stay simple and smart.

ACT NICELY | Relationships Thrive on Actions | Act Even When No One’s Watching | Global TV

Act Nicely with Caring and Concern—Because Eventually, Actions Speak Louder Than Words

By Dr. Devan

Introduction

In a world overwhelmed with noise, promises, and pleasantries, what ultimately resonates and leaves a lasting impact are not the words we utter—but the actions we take. Speech is easy, often impulsive, and sometimes misleading. But actions? They are deliberate, visible, and deeply telling. They are the true reflection of a person’s character and intentions.

To act nicely—with genuine care and concern—is not just about good manners or etiquette. It is a choice that embodies empathy, maturity, and a long-term view of life. It says: “I see you, I value you, and I am willing to do something about it.” Over time, such actions carve a legacy more powerful than any words could ever hope to leave behind.

The Limitation of Words

Words are necessary. They express intent, affection, direction, and inspiration. However, they are also fleeting. People remember what you said for a moment, but they remember what you did forever. How often have we heard apologies that were never followed by changed behavior? Or promises made but never fulfilled? In such moments, the gap between words and actions becomes painfully clear.

We live in a culture where words are easily spoken. In social media, people portray themselves as compassionate, kind, and thoughtful. But what matters more is whether they live these values offline—in their homes, workplaces, communities, and relationships.

The Enduring Power of Caring Actions

To act with care and concern means to go beyond superficial gestures. It is about listening patiently, helping selflessly, and showing up when someone needs you. It is about being available—not just in good times, but especially in bad times. Genuine care doesn’t seek recognition or reward. It quietly uplifts others, offering support and warmth.

Imagine someone helping an elderly person cross the road, or someone quietly feeding a hungry child. They may not speak a word—but the impact of that action echoes in the soul of the observer. Such deeds, though small, ripple through society and inspire kindness.

Relationships Thrive on Actions

In personal relationships—be it with a spouse, a friend, a child, or a colleague—actions validate emotions. A child remembers the parent who was there, not just the one who said they cared. A spouse feels loved through affection and time, not just endearments. A friend is valued when they show up in crisis, not when they simply say, “I’m always there for you.”

Consistency in small, meaningful actions builds trust, reliability, and emotional safety. Over time, people stop listening to words and start judging us by what we do. Words make relationships begin. Actions make them last.

Concern Reflects Humanity

Concern is the purest expression of shared humanity. When we show concern for others, we acknowledge their pain, their struggle, and their presence. It bridges differences and dissolves barriers. It humanizes us.

In a world increasingly transactional and impersonal, concern is a rare virtue. To ask someone genuinely, “Are you okay?” and wait for an honest answer… to send food to a grieving neighbor… to help a colleague without being asked—these are not grand acts, but they reflect profound humanity.

Actions Build Character and Reputation

Your actions are your autobiography. Each choice, each act of kindness or selfishness, writes a page. Over time, your behavior builds a public and private reputation. People form opinions not from your speeches, but from your conduct.

The boss who stays late to help his team… the doctor who goes the extra mile for a patient… the teacher who believes in a struggling student—these individuals leave behind a trail of influence that words alone could never achieve. They embody the truth that actions are louder, deeper, and more real than words.

When You Act with Integrity, You Need Fewer Words

A person who consistently acts with compassion, integrity, and fairness needs fewer explanations. Their actions speak for them. They become trustworthy not because they say they are—but because they prove it.

People may argue with what you say, but they can’t argue with what you do. When your actions align with your principles, when your concern is visible and consistent, you automatically become a person of influence and credibility.

Role Models Are Remembered for What They Did

Mahatma Gandhi, Mother Teresa, Nelson Mandela—these icons didn’t just talk about love, sacrifice, and justice. They lived those ideals. Their actions were the foundation of their impact. Decades later, we remember their deeds, their sacrifices, and their resilience—not just their quotes.

In your own life, be someone whose actions are remembered. Let people say: “He helped me when I was down,” or “She cared when no one else did.” That is a legacy worth striving for.

The Energy You Invest Comes Back to You

The universe responds to energy, not just intention. When you act kindly, with care and concern, that energy finds its way back to you—sometimes directly, sometimes in mysterious ways. Goodness attracts goodness. Compassion creates connection. Concern builds community.

Moreover, caring actions make you feel better, too. Helping others lowers stress, improves mental well-being, and cultivates inner peace. When you act in alignment with your higher self, you rise above ego and experience fulfillment.

Act Even When No One’s Watching

True character is revealed when you act with kindness and concern even when no one is observing. Whether or not you’re appreciated, whether or not you’re applauded, choose to do the right thing. These are the actions that build moral muscle.

Eventually, people notice. More importantly, you notice. You become more centered, more compassionate, more powerful—not because you say you are, but because your actions reflect it.

Conclusion: Let Actions Be Your Voice

In the long run, it’s not your eloquence that people will remember. It’s not your social media posts or your motivational words. It’s what you did—when it mattered, when it was inconvenient, when it required effort.

Act nicely. Let your kindness be visible. Let your concern be authentic. Speak less, do more. Because eventually—actions speak louder than words.

Let every step you take be one of compassion. Let every action be an expression of care. In that, you will not only touch lives—you will transform them.

PRESIDENT IBRAHIM TRAORE | DEVELOPMENT COMES AFTER PEACE ALWAYS | GLOBAL TV

AFRICA IS NOT POOR; PRESIDENT IBRAHIM TRAORE’S CALL FOR A NEW STORY | GLOBAL TV

Many people around the world still see Africa as poor and always in need of help. Burkina Faso’s young President Ibrahim Traore wants to change this old story. His clear and strong message is simple. Africa is not poor. President Traore became a leader when his country faced big problems. He now speaks with courage. He says Africa is not poor because it has many resources. But it has been controlled by others for too long.

A CONTINENT FULL OF RICHES

From the gold mines of Burkina Faso to the diamond fields of Congo, Africa has wealth in its soil. Nigeria has oil. Ethiopia has green fields for farming. The Congo has cobalt that the world uses for electric cars. These riches go out of Africa as raw materials. They come back as expensive goods. Foreign companies make the big money. Local people stay poor.

President Traore says this must stop. Africa has more than minerals. It has young people ready to work and learn. Most Africans are under twenty years old. This is a great chance to build a strong future.

A PAST OF TAKING AWAY

The President speaks about the truth of history. Long ago, foreign powers came to Africa and took its wealth. Even today, unfair trade, hidden money deals, and tax cheating take away billions from African countries every year. This is the real poverty. Countries that have gold and oil still buy simple goods from outside. They pay experts from abroad. They borrow money at high rates from old colonial powers.

TAKING BACK AFRICA’S FUTURE
President Traore wants to change this. He tells African countries to stop selling raw materials cheap. He wants them to build factories and industries. He wants young people to get jobs that add value to what Africa has. In Burkina Faso, he has started talks to change mining deals. His government supports local businesses. He asks other African leaders to do the same. He wants countries in Africa to help each other and work together.

A MESSAGE FOR YOUNG AFRICANS
Young people listen to him with hope. His words remind them that they are not born poor. They are born in a land full of life, culture, and strength. Many students and workers repeat his words. Africa is not poor.

His message is like a spark. It makes young people want to ask questions. They want leaders to be honest. They want to build new companies. They want to stop old systems that keep them down.

A BIG TASK AHEAD

There are still big problems. Many people live in poverty. Some countries have conflict. Climate change is real. Bad leadership hurts many people. But President Traore says Africans must first change how they see themselves. They must believe they can stand strong. They must use their own ideas and work together.

He says when Africans write their own story, they will keep their wealth safe. They will be proud. They will take their place in the world as equal and strong people. His words are not just talk. They are a call to act. He wants leaders to be honest. He wants people to watch what leaders do. He wants young people to dream big and build with their hands and minds.

In his own words: “Our people are not poor. Our land is not poor. Our minds are not poor. We need to take back control. Then the world will see the truth. Africa is the richest place on Earth.”

President Ibrahim Traore said it clearly. Africa is not poor. This truth should open the eyes of the world. Africa is not empty. Its people have skills and dreams. Its land has gold, oil, minerals, and good soil. But old systems still keep Africa poor while others grow rich.

For many years, other nations took from Africa. They took gold, oil, diamonds, and many rare minerals. They took them cheap and sold them for big profits. Many African people still wait for good schools, hospitals, and jobs. This must change. The world must stop believing that Africa must stay poor for others to stay rich. There is enough for all. If Africa grows strong, the world will gain even more.

A strong Africa means more trade. It means young minds solving big problems. It means new ideas and new goods for everyone. It means more work for all. It is time for fair trade and honest deals. Foreign companies must stop taking what does not belong to them. They must pay fair prices. They must help local people grow. They must treat African countries as partners. Not just as suppliers of cheap raw goods.

African leaders have work too. They must stand with their people. They must build roads and schools. They must set up factories. They must keep profits in local towns and cities. They must trust their youth. They must give reasons for young people to stay and work at home.

Global TV stands with leaders like President Traore. His message is clear. Let Africa grow. When Africa grows, the world grows too. Growth must be shared. Shared growth is double growth.

This is not charity. It is fairness. It is respect. It is the only way to build a world where no child stays hungry while diamonds leave their land. It is the only way to build equal and strong nations that share the wealth of this earth in peace. Let Africa grow. Let the world grow with Africa.
