Dr. Preethi Keerthi Dsouza is a highly accomplished and dedicated academic professional with an impressive educational background and extensive teaching experience. She holds a Master of Commerce with a specialization in Human Resource Management, achieving First Class with Distinction and earning the distinction of being the first in her university in HRM specialization. Dr. Dsouza’s pursuit of knowledge continued with a P.G.D.M.M in Marketing Management and an MBA with a specialization in Marketing, both earned with First-Class honors.
Her academic journey culminated in a Ph.D. in Talent Management, showcasing her commitment to research in the fields of Human Resource Management and Development, Entrepreneurship Development, and Marketing Management.
