Renowned scholar and practitioner, Dr. Preethi Keerthi D’Souza, an associate professor at Mangalore University, is set to take center stage at the upcoming ‘Organization Development’ Conference scheduled for October 19-21 in Harare, Zimbabwe, Africa.

Dr. D’Souza’s expertise shines as she joins an assembly of thought leaders, change makers, and policymakers at this global event.

The conference led by the esteemed OD Consultant, Educator, and Author, Dr. Justine Chinoperekweyi, promises to be a generative space where innovative ideas and solutions will emerge. About Dr. Preethi Keerthi Dsouza

Dr. Preethi Keerthi Dsouza is a highly accomplished and dedicated academic professional with an impressive educational background and extensive teaching experience. She holds a Master of Commerce with a specialization in Human Resource Management, achieving First Class with Distinction and earning the distinction of being the first in her university in HRM specialization. Dr. Dsouza’s pursuit of knowledge continued with a P.G.D.M.M in Marketing Management and an MBA with a specialization in Marketing, both earned with First-Class honors.

Her academic journey culminated in a Ph.D. in Talent Management, showcasing her commitment to research in the fields of Human Resource Management and Development, Entrepreneurship Development, and Marketing Management. With 19 years of professional teaching experience, Dr. Dsouza’s expertise and guidance have positively impacted numerous students. Her ongoing research and commitment to mentoring Ph.D. students reflect her passion for advancing knowledge in her chosen fields. Dr. Preethi Keerthi Dsouza is a respected authority in her academic domain, making significant contributions to education and research. Her approach is practical and outcome based.

Justine Chinoperekweyi is a multifaceted professional who brings a wealth of experience to the field of organizational leadership and development. With a background as a transformational author, banker, facilitator, and researcher, Justine Chinoperekweyi  is a recognized expert in his field. His work focuses on assisting clients in developing systems that enhance overall organizational effectiveness, while also boosting individual, team, and organizational performance and productivity. He collaborates with a diverse range of professionals, from directors and C-suite executives to fresh graduates and students, helping them align their strategies, clarify their mission and vision, and build cultures that exceed expectations. His unwavering dedication to guiding organizations and individuals toward efficient and effective success is evident in his holistic approach and his ability to connect with people from various cultures, industries, and backgrounds.

His educational journey includes a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Banking & Finance, a Master’s Degree in Leadership & Management, and a recently completed Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership & Development from the University of Lusaka (UNILUS) in Zambia.

With a track record of delivering professional services in Zimbabwe, the UAE, and the USA, Justine Chinoperekweyi  has helped numerous companies and individuals improve their performance and cultivate transformational organizations.
