The “3T – C70” principle is simple: Write a Story, Collect a Contribution, and Apply the “3T – C70” principle on an ongoing basis.  You will sure to Grow with Global TV as Individual and a Social Reformer.

There are Two Components in “3T – C70” Principle. The 3T is a Team Building Initiative and a powerful Expansion Exercise in the long run. C70 is about making an impact in addressing hunger in a meaningful way. With C70 we connect people who are in need of help and those who are preparing snacks for a living.

The 3T team consists of three components:

1. Global TV – The Campaign Leader

2. Resident Editors – Partners with Global TV

3. Correspondents – Collaborators with Global TV

Each of the three components take 10% of the revenue generated from Global TV stories, while 70% goes to charity in the form of Snack Packs for God; which is a project largely appreciated across the spectrum. Feeding the needing is equal to serving God according to all scriptures. We are involving people who can do it on a regular basis and training them to excel in career in various sectors.

Global TV Mentors (Chief Editors) will monitor the whole program and will give time for training and facilitating the growth mechanism. Grouping of the teams are flexible. A team consists of One Resident Editor and Ten Correspondents preferably. Ten Teams will be Mentored and Monitored by a Chief Editor.

The Power of Storytelling

One Correspondent, One Story, In a Day ot Two; that’s the idea. Global TV Stories are unique. The stories are prepared in Appreciative Inquiry (AI) principles. You just need to tell them their success stories and the turning points in their life. This is the fundamental principle of Appreciative Inquiry. Let them talk enough about the challenges that they could overcome and the milestones and landmarks that they have achieved in their life. Some of them will have many stories to tell. You can prepare worthy stories on periodical intervals when there are true stories. It is also possible to make it spiral by applying the Chicago Model in storytelling.

Imagine Chicago Model connects more people into story telling and transforming the society to become positive and progressive in an increased scale.

What is the Imagine Chicago Model in Appreciative Inquiry?

The Imagine Chicago community development process was modelled after Appreciative Inquiry (AI). AI is a philosophical approach to organizational change that uses a five-stage cycle to guide organizations through a positive change process:

1. Definition: Define the topic or issue to be addressed, and identify the stakeholders who will be involved in the process.

2. Discovery: Identify and appreciate the organization’s strengths and successes, and gather stories and examples of what works well.

3. Dream: Envision a shared vision of the future based on the strengths identified in the Discovery phase, and imagine what could be.

4. Design: Translate the vision into a tangible framework that builds on the organization’s core strengths, and develop a plan for implementation.

5. Destiny: Implement the design, learn how to sustain the new ways of being, and evaluate the effectiveness of the change process.

AI was developed by David Cooperrider, an organizational development author at Case Western Reserve University, in the 1980s.

The Appreciative Inquiry principles can be applied collectively or team-wise in a district. Fostering a collaborative approach to address burning issues like hunger at micro level is very important. Forming teams comprising the stakeholders who can leverage the strengths and expertise of each member to drive positive change is the way forward. Through collective application of the AI principles, you can harness the power of teamwork to build each other’s strengths and create a shared vision for sustainable initiatives to eradicate hunger totally from your district.

Each story has the potential to generate revenue, which will be shared among the 3T team and charity.

Assume one Correspondent writes one story per day, and each story generates an average revenue of ₹5,000/- ₹10,000/-, we can generate a considerable revenue and utilize 70% of the same for the single purpose of addressing hunger for sure. You will understand the gravity of hunger issues across the world when United Nation present it as the first in their Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).

At the same time, United Nation says it is impossible to eradicate hunger by 2030 with all its might and manpower. Why that is the UN is so sceptical about giving an assurance to the world that the issue can be collectively addressed?

The reason is in the way of addressing the issue. Today, not even Ten percent of the budgeted funds reach to the bottom line where the real issue lies. Funds are largely get depleted in the luxury of the system. Huge salaries, Star quality life style and posh event organisations consume 90% of the funds available.

This is where the new model which is in line with the White Revolution which was a single handed initiative implemented by Dr. Varghese Kurian. We further make it smaller units of a Maximum 111 people in a Team to avoid any kinds of capital expenditure in the process. We can collaborate with people and offices that we are covering in the Story Telling Campaign for the great cause.

Autonomy and Authenticity are two sides of the same coin which is the key to unlock the full potential of the 3T team

What is required for each of the participant in the process is Autonomy and Authenticity. These are two sides of the same coin. The coin is the key to unlock the full potential of the 3T team. Can you embrace these two essential principles with utmost passion and compassion? You can do wonders in the world.

Autonomy empowers the Correspondents, Resident Editors, and Chief Editors to take ownership of their work. This will make their actions and decisions to align with their unique strengths and perspectives. Authenticity, on the other hand, allows team members to stay true to themselves, their values, and their passions, fostering a culture of trust, creativity, and innovation.

By embracing Autonomy and Authenticity, the 3T team can thrive in addressing issues in the world with the tools that are richly available with them. World is hungry not because there is no food. World is hungry because the wealth is not getting distributed across the spectrum. What will be the plight of the world if there is no rain on to the earth for a year or two? We should understand hunger in this perspective. Let there be enough rain of wealth and let us give importance for the ground economic recharge than making big shows of star luxury.

Join the 3T-C70 movement today and become a part of a unique storytelling experience that combines team building, charity, and community engagement. Write a story, collect a contribution, do Charity and grow with Global TV!
