Adapted Guideline for functioning of organizations after COVID – 19

Kshitij has designed guideline named ‘ADAPTED GUIDELINE FOR FUNCTIONING OF ORGANISATIONS AFTER COVID-19’ adapting guidelines from MOH (Ministry of Home Affairs), NDMA (National Disaster Management Authority), based on discussion with several partner organizations of Kshitij, best practices adapted from different organizations, secondary research, advice from several experts and wellwishers of Kshitij. These guidelines can be further contextualized based on the size, operations, function, type of employees, education level of employees, level of awareness about COVID-19, etc.

Kshitij is not for profit entity working for Improved quality of life and wellbeing of marginalized communities (especially formal and informal workers) through the strategic engagement of different stakeholders. We understand our duty to create a safe working environment for employees, employers (organisations), consultants, vendors, suppliers, customers, etc., which can help them resume their work-life with confidence. This guideline outlines the rigorous precautionary measures for the post Covid-19 lockdown period which would further benefit both employees and employers.
