Addressing 14/17 Sustainable Developmental Goals, set by the United Nations, the Solar Mamas project has been one of the most important life changing initiatives that has reduced the fuel-wood and kerosene dependency that has harmed the environment and health of women by providing access to clean energy in many of the remote and isolated parts of India and the world. എന്തൊരു മനുഷ്യനാണ് ഇയാൾ 🤔 ഇങ്ങനയും ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ ഉണ്ടാവുമോ??
ഒരു പക്ഷേ ഇനി ഉണ്ടാവില്ലായിരിക്കും… അതാണ് ഞങ്ങളുടെ പ്രിയപ്പെട്ട,
സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ മികച്ച വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർ ആയി തെരെഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ട ജയ്സൺ സാർ…
എന്റെ കടയുടെ അടുത്താണ് വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസ്… അവിടെ രാത്രിയും വെളിച്ചമുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അമ്പരക്കേണ്ട…. ജയ്സൺ സാറ് പോയിട്ടില്ല… ജോലിയിലാണ് 🌹
രാത്രി 8.15 നു ഞാൻ കടയടക്കുവാനുള്ള തയ്യാറെടുപ്പുകൾ തുടങ്ങുമ്പോൾ സാർ ഓടുന്നത് കാണാം… നെടുംകണ്ടതിനുള്ള ബസ് പിടിക്കാനാണ് ആ ഓട്ടം… ഒരു മണിക്കൂറിൽ കൂടുതലുള്ള യാത്ര… അതും കഴിഞ്ഞു വീട്ടിലെത്തുമ്പോൾ 10 മണിയെങ്കിലും ആവില്ലേ…. എന്നും രാവിലേ 9 മണിക്ക് മുൻപ് ആള് ഓഫിസിൽ ഹാജർ…. ഞായറാഴ്ച ദിവസവും ലീവൊന്നുമില്ല കക്ഷി ഓഫീസിൽ തിരക്കിട്ട പണികളുമായി രാത്രിവരെ ഉണ്ടാവും…
2018 ലേ പ്രളയകാലം… കട്ടപ്പന സെന്റ് ജോർജ്ജ് സ്കൂളാണ് പ്രധാന ദുരിതാശ്വാസ ക്യാമ്പ്… മുഖ്യചുമതലയിൽ സാർ രാത്രിയും പകലും അവിടെ ഉണ്ട്… ഇടയ്ക്കിടെ ക്യാമ്പിൽ നിന്നും ഓഫിസിൽ ഓടി വന്നു ഫയലുകൾ ഒപ്പിട്ടു മടങ്ങുന്നത് കാണാം…. ഒരു ദിവസം രാത്രി 9 മണി കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ കടയിലേക്ക് കയറി വന്നു…. ഒരു പാന്റും ഷർട്ടും വേണം… എടുത്തു കൊടുത്തു… ഇന്നും വീട്ടിൽ പോകുന്നില്ലേ എന്ന് ചോദിച്ചപ്പോൾ ഒരു ചെറു ചിരി മാത്രം… ഇപ്പോൾ ആലപ്പുഴയ്ക്ക് പോകുകയാണു…. കട്ടപ്പന ക്യാമ്പിൽ അധികം വന്ന ഭക്ഷ്യ സാധനങ്ങളും വസ്ത്രങ്ങളും ആലപ്പുഴ കളക്റ്ററേ റ്റിൽ എത്തിക്കണം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു പെട്ടെന്ന് തന്നെ അദ്ദേഹം പോയി… പിറ്റേന്ന് രാവിലേ ഞാൻ കട തുറക്കുമ്പോൾ അതാ മുൻപിലൂടെ പോകുന്നു കക്ഷി 🤔 ഇന്നലെ രാത്രി വാങ്ങിയ ഡ്രസ്സ് ധരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്…. സാറിന്നലേ ആലപ്പുഴയ്ക്ക് പോകുന്നു എന്ന് പറഞിട്ട് പോയില്ലേ എന്ന് ഞാൻ ചോദിച്ചു…. പോയി…. ഇപ്പോൾ തിരികെ എത്തിയതേ ഉള്ളൂ…. ഇനി വീട്ടിൽ പോയാൽ താമസിക്കും… അത് കൊണ്ട് ഓഫിസിൽ നിന്ന് തന്നെ കുളിച്ചു റെഡി ആയി…. വാ പൊളിച്ചു നിന്ന് പോയി… രാത്രി മുഴുവൻ ലോറിയിൽ ഉള്ള യാത്ര… അതും ഞങ്ങളുടെ ഹൈറേഞ്ച് റോഡിലൂടെ ആടിയുലഞ്ഞു… ഒന്നുറങ്ങണം എന്ന് വച്ചാൽ കൂടി കഴിയില്ല 🙏 അപ്പോഴാണ് എടുക്കാവുന്ന ന്യായമായ ലീവ് പോലും എടുക്കാതെ, ഉറങ്ങാതെ ഈ മനുഷ്യൻ വീണ്ടും ജോലിക്ക് വന്നിരിക്കുന്നത്… അത്ഭുതമാണ് മാഷേ… നിങ്ങൾ ഞങ്ങൾ കട്ടപ്പനക്കാർക്ക് ….ഒരിക്കൽ മാത്രം കണ്ടു, ഭാര്യയും മക്കളുമൊത്തു കാപ്പി കുടിക്കാൻ മ്മ്ടെ ബേക്കറിയിൽ വന്നൊരു കാഴ്ച…. സത്യത്തിൽ അവർക്കും ഒരവാർഡ് കൊടുക്കണം… ഇദ്ദേഹത്തെ കർമ മണ്ഡലത്തിൽ അക്ഷീണം പ്രയത്നിക്കാൻ വിട്ടു കൊടുക്കുന്നതിനു… കട്ടപ്പനക്കാരുടെ പേരിൽ അവരോടു നന്ദി പറയുന്നു.. അക്ഷയ സെന്ററിൽ നിന്ന് ആപ്ലിക്കേഷൻ കൊടുത്തു 15 മിനിറ്റ് കഴിയുമ്പോഴേക്കും വില്ലജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് റെഡി എന്ന മെസ്സേജ് ഫോണിൽ വരണമെങ്കിൽ സാറേ നിങ്ങൾ കട്ടപ്പനയിൽ ഉണ്ടാവണം 🙏നിങ്ങളെ പോലുള്ളവരെ സാറേ എന്ന് മനസ്സ് നിറഞ്ഞു തന്നെയാണ് ഞങ്ങൾ വിളിക്കുന്നത് 🌹 ഔദ്യോഗിക മേഖലയിൽ കൂടുതൽ ഉയരങ്ങളിൽ എത്താൻ കഴിയട്ടെ എന്നാശംസിക്കുകയും ഈ പുരസ്കാരം അർഹതയ്ക്കുള്ള അംഗീകാരം തന്നെയാണെന്ന് അഭിനന്ദനങ്ങൾ അറിയിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു 🌹

Ram Chandra Prasad Singh, Minister of Steel, visited New Mangalore Port
It was told, the Minister expressed happiness & appreciated the Port developmental works and various infrastructure facilities provided.
The Minister’s visit to the Port was part of his two day official visit to Kudremukh Iron Ore Co. Ltd. (KIOCL), Mangalore between 19th & 20th February 2022.
Union Minister of Steel, Ram Chandra Prasad Singh paid a visit to New Mangalore Port on 20th February 2022.
Upon his arrival at the Port, the Hon’ble Minister was welcomed by Dr. A. V. Ramana, Chairman, New Mangalore Port along with Deputy Chairman & Senior Officials of the Port. The Minister was accorded a guard of honor by the CISF personnel from NMP Unit. The Minister took a ride on tug boat inside the Port and oversaw the berths and various infrastructural facilities provided by the Port. The Minister was apprised about several infrastructural and technological advancements harnessed by the Port.
Later the Minister had a meeting with the Port Management, Officials of KIOCL & JSW and reviewed the handling facilities for iron ore fines / raw materials import and export of iron ore pellets of KIOCL at New Mangalore Port and discussed in detail the future plans. During the meeting the Minister was briefed by the Chairman on Port’s future plans as well as a host of initiatives undertaken to enhance its Ease of Doing Business, Green Port Initiatives etc. future expansion programs, infrastructure projects and other proposals for enhancing the productivity of the Port.

When I was in the college, it was all about Land – Labor – Capital – Organization. Today the scenario is transformed into People Space Time. Everything is fast changing and competition has given away it’s competition with innovation. One has to get into an ongoing stream of innovation to remain relevant in any stream today. Everything is changing and everything is becoming more difficult to handle.
Cash rich organization become cash crunch organization when there is a slight change in the economic environment. Every decision of the government is entirely challenging the dynamics of institutions. Even religious and social organizations are under threat with the changing times. Those who are competent only can withstand with the pressure getting mounted in the society. One who is in compromising position eventually get lost in the drive.
People who are facing challenges will survive and surpass tough times. Investment is the biggest risk in today’s economic scenario. Once investment is done, it becomes static and stationary. A building constructed at a wrong place thus become a lost investment. Working capital becomes more important than fixed capital. Cash rich organizations get more bargain power. Your bargain power may give you some kind of advantages. But your bargain nature will definitely put you in the watch list of the suffering entities. How will they overcome the challenges posed by you is a big question.
Jute industry was very powerful at one time. Jute lobby was commanding control in the packaging industry. There were undue pressure from the jute barrons. Jute politics had created enormous pressure in the survival of establishments. Workers were Megerly paid. All these put together given way for innovations and new packaging methods emerged being a consequence. Today jute industry is surviving at the bottom level on account of plastic ban and the menace of plastics in environmental safety. More than the scientific reasons, the behaviour patterns judge the future course of anyone or anything, it may be industry or individual.
One cannot claim safe by showing a strong balance sheet. Anil Ambani couldn’t survive the changing times when they got into wrong product mix and policy scenarios. Even with government support, one cannot assure succession of success.
Future course of action
Organizations has to become dynamic and welcoming to survive in today’s time. Far more powerful ideas will come to sweep you away from the scene. You need to take new avatars to sustain and survive.
People and time are the dynamic components and Space can be dynamic or static. Most flexible and totally informal will grow faster in the scenario at present. There is no dearth of capital at any time when you have bright ideas in store. More than Job Unemployment, we have Land unemployment and Capital unemployment.
Structured thinking is more powerful than a structure of building. Bank on ideas than you bank on banks. We do not know when banks undergo the trauma of jute industry. Increased dozes of economic medicines (measures) shows the health of money and banks as deteriorating in health and healthier practices.
