Intellectual Bank of Mangalore | Human Capital | Working for the Common Cause | Collective Thinking | Massive Action | Global TV

How long do we focus only on Finance Capital? When will we start to give importance to Human Capital? Who will take initiative? Is there any set mechanism for that?

Dr. Oommen Mammen / NV Paulose

How many cities in India are Intellectual Cities? There are many. Are the Intellectuals a commonwealth of the society? Are the intellectuals very much self-centered? Are some of them other-centric or socially centered? Let us collectively launch the concept of an Intellectual Bank. It is a consortium of people who are interested to contribute a portion of their time for the common good of their society. Naturally it will benefit them and their institutions. Someone saying they are selfless, we should watch them very close and very careful. Very rarely only such people appear on earth. We need not be selfless entirely. Better we have enlightened self interest.

Mangalore is an Intellectual City. We can call Mangalore one of the Intellectual Capitals of India and the World. Plenty of Mangalore Intellectuals are serving in key positions across the globe. At the very same time, there are plenty of resources untapped in the city of Mangalore. When everyone is focused on building their own organization, who will focus on society building? How many trusted politicians we have in our country altogether?

The New Mangalore Port is underutilized. It has no impact on the life of the common people. No one is talking transparently about the possibilities of port-related opportunities for the common good. In fact, Mangalore can become a hub of Organic Food Export since we have a large port here. Port is for Export. What else? Land and Natural Resources wasted in Mangalore are very large. No thinking is going along those lines. All because of the absence of a socio-economic culture that takes care of the common good.

Even Cruise Tourism has remained in the limited thinking of a few ordinary travel agents. Large society is kept themselves away from the thinking process. Plenty of expansion programs can be linked when options are open to the public. Ideas cannot be restricted to the top end of any organization’s ladder. People are good at the top to bottom but they are not getting into the terrain of possibilities. This is because of their comfort levels. People perform only when they are desperate and in need of an outcome.

There are plenty of people who are truly concerned about the well-being of others. Plenty of Teachers give a lot of time to take care of their students. Some of the work is much beyond their office hours. They enjoy it when their students are well-nurtured. This attitude is seen very much in other professions as well.

People in Positions can become more passionate.

This is a general suggestion. We are yet to meet any bad heads in any institutions in Mangalore. Good people can become a little more active and productive is our humble submission. Success makes organization heads to remain not much imaginative. People also get stuck with a corrupt system that can never foresee any vision more than capital corruption. Match fixing very much impact the conduct of the city. Builders are happy with the TDR Silent Scam that’s happening in the name of Road widening. Something that was visualized for the large good of society is limited to the advantage of a few people. Those who are into it all benefitted. Fall into the system or else you have no role to play is the approach of the controlling system. They are not understanding the non-productivity of their wealth which is ill-earned and purposeless.

Why Intellectual Bank of Mangalore (IBM)? What is the Relevance? Who Can Benefit?

There are but plenty of great people in the city of Mangalore. This must be the case in many other cities in the world. Most of the rich people in Mangalore are loving simple living. Most of the, if not all of them, are family people. They listen to common people and they are helpful to everyone. By forming IBM in the new Connotation, We wish to thread socially committed individuals to come together and get into an Informal Forum to help society to grow through collective thinking and massive action.

We can take up plenty of zero-investment expansion projects in many of the organizations in the city. This is the same for many cities too. What is needed is something called an Open Space Approach.

Open Source (OS) is very familiar to us. Are we familiar with Open Space (OS) Approach?

Keep your windows and Doors open for people to come and work with you. Find out ways and means to engage Intellectual Resources. Identify areas where you can engage external Intellectual Resources. Making an external layer to your existing employee base will help you to create new avenues for revenue and to multiply existing revenue models. Human resources play a major role in every wealth-creation process. Next time, someone comes up with an idea for you; say yes; let the idea be implemented by the person who proposed it. Anyone giving an idea and running away is not genuine. Such ideas are not original ideas for sure. The idea to be an idea to be close to the heart of the originator of the idea.

Other Cities are also Welcome. Let us form Intellectual Banks in every City. There is no license required to do good for the larger society.

That was the day i had sold the last Gold | Story by Emily Frank | Global TV

Emily Frank Stories

Dr.Ashwin Raj called me at about 11am and started to narrate about the VIP Guest who is coming to his college at 3pm. His calls all the time brings palpitations at the deep of my mind space. What he is asking me is a very small thing. I should do the vip program YouTube live is his request. Very small demand and that too from a very good friend of mine. How to say no to him is the cause of palpitations. How to do it is another round of palpitation.

Day before yesterday was the last day for renewal of the last piece of Gold pledged in the bank. Not going to that side is decided about it already. How will I manage several calls like this without finding a way out to manage the revenue model? Who will feed me and who will take care of my responsibilities? Palpitations keep happening always. Am I the only one around undergoing such emotional blackmailing. What will happen if I dishonor the request of Dr. Raj?

But if I keep honoring people like Dr. Ashwin Raj without taking care of my priorities? There were no way out. Hence I called the professional service provider and connected to Dr. Ashwin Raj.

I do not know what happened further. But I was relieved from the burden of carrying the shit of obligations towards thankless people like Dr. Ashwin Raj. My thoughts went further up when I overhead Dr. Ashwin Raj talking about how foolish I am to go around and asking for free service opportunities. One side these people were making use of me and on the other side making fun of me.

Goodness is blasted with soft coverd iron rodes and Crookedness is celebrated all around. What is wrong with me and why do Dr. Raj feel free to seek my services free of cost. Thoughts are going out of range. Time has value at his end and it has no value at my end. Whose time is more valuable is a matter of concern.

Mind is not staying at anywhere. It wandering instead of pondering at something specific. How to manage the tough time. Bank and Gold are more important today. Some how I should arrange to renew the gold. As I was thinking wild and hunting my own destiny, I got a call from the Bank. Market price for Gold has increased a lot. Come to the bank and sign the papers, your loan is settled with half of the Gold and you can take back the rest of gold.

It is 3pm now. Should I go to the bank Or go and check if there is someone doing the live for Dr. Ashwin Raj and his VIP guest? Let him go to the hell. Let me see how to take care of myself.

Infinite Intelligence | Difficult to Deny; Dr. CP Habeeb Rahman

Perfect Balance is the sign of functionality of Infinite Intelligence | Imbalance makes anything nonfunctional |

intelligence is lucrative and creative in every respect. The infinite Intelligence that we can see everywhere and in everything in the universe is immensely rich and absolutely unimaginable. There is no comparison between the infinite intelligence in the universe with anything created by human.Every creativity has a balance within. There has to be intelligence behind everything that we see, hear, feel, and experience.
