Universities are becoming Universal vision centers. Post covid era is led by knowledge centers that are opening doors for students to do skywalk. World is transforming around educational campuses. Learning and Practice are merging with one another. No one precedes the other one. Simultaneous evolution and ongoing progress. Learning is a continuous process. Teacher is an all-time learner.

Higher Education sector is stepping to the new decade with new hopes. Corona forced distancing happened to be a blessing in disguise for the classrooms. Crowded unknown to known specific batch of students in a classroom with the teacher being a learner and a mentor is a great transformation.
But more heartening is to have appropriate faces on top of the universities. Those who understand the new education policy coming to lead universities is so great news always. Governments and Managements are now making careful installations on their vision centres.
Dr Sandeep Shastri is a thrilled student at every instance. Every step taken and activities undertaken are with utmost enthusiasm and Evergrowing dynamism. Always listening and open for hearing. His approach at difficult times like the pandemic at present is commendable. He was able to implement quick transformation of systems to keep the fundamentals not to get hijacked by extended hands like technology. Dr Shastri was very clear about explaining the role of online classes being a teaching aid. Learning process has to happen keeping the student at the centre of the process was his approach.

At Bangalore Dr. Shastri was showered with good wishes from Jain University where he was Pro Vice Chancellor. His Almamater at Bangalore University also celebrated his elevation to Vice Chancellor’s office with utmost joy and happiness.

Global TV congrats Dr. Shastri and wish him great manifestations for the cause of Education Transformation in India. There is a need for networking between Indian Universities and creation of large career opportunities around campuses in today’s critically ill economic situations. Students should become breadwinners for their families. Lot of initiatives should happen to make wealth circulation among the people in the downline society. 2020 is gonna end today
Tomorrow is a new day
Many died and,
many struggled.
Many cried and,
many burried.

Only the story of,
Deadly virus and,
Healthy vaccines.
New recipes and,
Unending appetites.

World taught us lot,
Money is less healthy,
And health is wealthy.
No human is leader and,
God is supreme power.
Family is a need and,
Humanity is good deed.

Its a end of year,
Keep the good and,
Leave the bad
Start fresh and,
Stop unwanted rush.
At the end
‘this will be my best year’.

2021 is the Year of Transformation!

We have Moved from an year of isolation to an year of transformation! Can we now move from Hierarchical to Cyclical? That’s the transformation in 2021!

2020 was an year of isolation. The pandemic kept us isolated from everyone around us. We were lost even from our surroundings. We doubted every person who had appeared in front of us. Everything started to change in India since March 2020. But when we rewind our past and evaluate our behaviour, we can easily understand the pandemic of isolation was started much before within each one of us. We were isolating ourselves with others. We were living in different compartments of life. Somewhere thought like living in AC compartments and some others in Non AC compartments. Somewhere secured reservations and some others were unreserved in multiple senses. All of us were traveling in different compartments. In fact, we were living in various cages. It was like we are visiting an open zoo wherein the animals are free and we are moving around in different glass cages. We were comparing ourselves with other and there by trying to measure ourselves. Our wealth, health, reach, recognition in society and everything else were compared to be measured. Thus we were living in our cages of comparisons. The pandemic had shown us the cages literally and physically so that we could understand the severity of our behavioral disorders.

Outcome of Caging is aging:

Caging will cause only aging. We were growing old unnecessarily at a time wherein we were supposed to live a vibrant and fruitful life. Unnecessary aging is not at all required. We should change our ways and patterns in life so that we can reverse this aging process.
How shall we reverse the aging process? Do opposite to what we were doing earlier. We were comparing ourselves with others to isolate ourselves and to measure our everything. Now, stop comparing and start pairing.

Reversing the aging process:

Pairing is a fruitful exercise to create a vibrant ambiance around us and also within us and within our circles. Let us pair ourselves with others understanding the perfect matches that are required to make our lives fruitful and perfect.

Right Pairing:

Right choices can make our life to flourish with happiness. All happenings should be leading us towards our purpose in life. How to find right kind of pairing for better performance in life?

H2 I2 O2 is the formula for perfect Pairing to attain a blissful life.

Hypnosis and Happiness, Intentions and Interventions, Organization and Optimisation are the six components in the process of transformation.

Hypnosis is a complex word. At the outset it is all about concentration and circus. At the deeper point it is the process of searching and reaching the core of our Atman. Are we able to organise ourselves well?

Optimization of everything what we have and what we do is important. Un utilization and under utilization are sins against ourselves. The most important ingredient in the optimization process is the fire in the belly. It happens at once. The best example is narrated in the Bible in the story of an Emmaus Experience. Let us get into such an experience befitting to our present and desired future.
