Who is responsible for creating jobs in India? Is anyone working for it? No one!
We are our centric. Others are eccentric. These two approaches should change. I should work and happily should take my share. Disowning our own achievements are no solution for anything. Success is in finding all components and parties that / who have an interest in your idea.
There are opportunities when there are people. There need to be options when there are people. Options come when there is a need. One should feel for it. Simply talking about VASUDAIVA KUDUMBAKAM may not give you this kind of a mindset. We should really feel for it.
A model for creating many opportunities for youngsters!
One of the premium sectors that can have large number of opportunities is Tourism Sector. India should have a total approach towards tourism. Governmental positions are but filled with wested interests. A simple designation called TOURISM AMBASSADOR can create a Million opportunities in India. There should be a system formulated or formed for this purpose. It may or may not happen when we leave it to the destiny to take care of it. Destiny has no personal interest since destiny is not a person. We need people who think about themselves through the wellbeing of many others.
Work always on Crisis Models!
Do we need a crisis to work on a crisis model? Can’t our military work when there is no calamity? These are fundamental questions.
Home makers to House Makers.
We should change our working pattern. Housing is a major sector that can create large opportunities in India. Every place has an opportunity. There are people who have adopted such methods to build religious facilities for themselves and others. Some people are experts in that. All we need is a wholesome approach. Me too should benefit is the right approach. No wested interest means no interest. Taking undue advantage is Corruption. Taking due share make it a decent profession. Bring professionalism into everything. Give everyone their due share.
Can we Imagine an Indian Railway with no Railway platforms and Train names!
Even to think it’s impossible! This is the same about Railway Board and Career Board.
A Paradigm shift is needed in out thought process.
We need to have models to understand theories. This is because we are at the tip of our consciousness when we discuss ideas. We should go deeper and deeper to explore the abundance in the universe.
What you have in hand is very important. What would you do with what you have is also equally important. Some people wish to keep their wealth in liquid form. Enormous amount of bank deposits are the evidence of human disbelief about their future. Everyone wanted to secure their future and the future of their future generations as well.
How do we secure the future is a confusing question. Many people who lived an open life never ever had this fear in their mind. Our elder generations lived a meaningful life by sharing and caring others.
Today the most corrupt person is the wealthiest person. This is just and indicator comment and not a pointer comment. We cannot live a corrupt life since it takes us to failure in future. We also cannot live a loose life in which we remains economically week every time.
We therefore need to find out a logical way of progress where everyone is getting benefited from being part of a development process. That’s where the importance get shifted from Finance Capital to Open Capital.
When will your wealth become an Open Capital?
Your wealth becomes an open capital when you open the doors for others to get access to your wealth. Your wealth gets lost within no time suppose you adopt the open park system in welcoming people. We should adopt a method somewhere away from this approach.
The best way is to identify the people who we otherwise are planning to employ. Or we can call them complementary people. These are the people who can contribute towards your progress but you cannot afford to employ them since your budget doesn’t allow you to employ more people beyond an optimal level.
More and wider Economic Circles.
More economic circles are possible when we utilize existing system to get more people involved in the activities. Many educational institutions have their Alumni Associations with this idea. Most of such circles doesn’t work just because of the absence of proper revenue models. Organizations always think about their advantages and never bother to think about other people.
Make a change to this approach. Think slightly different. Allow every positive activity when there is no additional cost involved in such activities. Make sure they are good for us in the long run. Also make sure that the initiatives are helpful for a number of people. Make sure again that these people are worth to get connected with.

Can you think of forming a Women Economic Forum within your organization giving opportunity for the unemployed women among the family members of the people who are already working with you? This simple gesture will help to improve the wealth status of your employees so that the work environment get a facelift just like that.
Campus Forum!
Many forums can be initiated in out campuses just to utilize the youth power for social development while the students are provided with skill development. Nothing wrong in sharing with them a portion of the outcome generated from any development initiative.
Create wealth and share it with all stakeholders is a way to avoid corruption. Open doors can avoid back door entries. There are plenty of things to do. People are required to do anything. People are plenty in our society. Keeping them engaged is the way for progress.
We need to move from Employment to Entrepreneurship through the platforms of Human Engagement. How the nation engage her people decide the quality of the nation in the future. India is far to go in this direction. Every institution should think collectively and severally.

Many humble people become arrogant when they are elevated into higher positions! Why? This is a Paradigm Shift when you are in the lower paradigm of your mindsets. Human mind has two extreme sides and the mind transcends between the two extremes. One side is Bliss and the other end is opposite to it. One should transcend through the mind to reach the bliss end. Other end is a very limited framework. We can call them conscious mind or outer mind. It is the sum total of our sensory experiences at a given time. It get predominant with our prejudices.
We take certain sensory experiences for granted and live in them very much. We behave arrogant as long as an arrogant paradigm take control over us. One has to grow from the limited space through the growing space to reach the outskirts of bliss. Until then the emotions of arrogance haunt us.
We may go depressed when we end up with the position that gave us such an emotional prison within us. We realize the illusion and we wanted to come out. By then we are deep into the prison that we cannot make any more impact into our person. Or else we need to transform our self like the eagle that remake itself from the very beginning. Better be humble for no specific reasons. We are spiritual beings having human experience on earth.
We are walking forward looking backward. This has to change.
India is a resourceful nation. For that matter, entire world is resourceful. We need to look into the possibilities and act accordingly. Knowing what are our resources and how to make use of them is the fundamental requirement for economic transformation of a nation.

One million Service Accounts can be achieved just in one year with a strategic intervention to create Innovative Career Platforms and Innovative Career Brands involving Mentors and Institutions all across India. No more Free Services!
No one need to do free service any more. Every activity including many social service activities today are done without salary or service charge. At the same time, we have to pay for everything when we go to the people who propose free service from us. Take for example the Religious places. Every input is taken free and every service is given by taking money in different forms. Dr. Udayakumar told it very right. “Everyone is trying to make their advantage and to negate the interests of others”.

The Right Way!
We should play fair play for everyone. Do not get confused. Next time when we create a garden in a social organisation, we shall engage youth and pay them on a per hour basis. We shall generate required funds from people who wish to dedicate plants in the names of a loved / respected one. We shall create thousands of activities that has economic consequences and social advantage. Many individual projects also shall be taken up in this way. Projects when undertaken in large scale become cost effective.
Career Branding!
Tourism Sector can create hundred thousand Service Accounts all across India at once. Tourism Ambassadors at every point in India. Promoting Tourism Programs of existing brands along with promoting a new concept of Village Tourism can make a huge impact in Indian Economy.
Existing Tourism Service Providers get expanded results in the total scheme since we are able to increase the total inflow of tourists and revenue by engaging Tourism Ambassadors in Tourism Promotion Campaign.
Agro Processing Units are another area that can create opportunity for another hundred thousand people. There can be women engaged in these programs in large scale. Home based agro processing units and an assembling centre at every Taluk HQ will do the honor.
Home food sector can create opportunity for another hundred thousand women. Those who are engaged in this sector can enhance their revenue with branding support. Hotels should become partner in progress with home food makers. Home Food Festivals should happen under the auspices of Hotels. Government get Tax and Branded programs helps value addition and naturally better pricing. Many Educational campuses can host these kind programs regularly.

What will happen if all Indians decide not to work for a one month period commencing from August first? The economy will shake for another two months. In the reverse, suppose that we engage half of the under employed people into better revenue models. We can create a Vibrant Economy.
2020 is Crucial for India!
Dr. Kalam envisaged India to Become a Developed Nation by 2020. Do not under estimate the power of the common man. Avoid giving false promises. Just do justice by creating opportunity to create opportunities. Thinking has to happen at every level. One Million Service Accounts are possible just like that. Also note; ideas cannot be stolen. We have made a road map.
Switzerland is the best place to work and live according to a recent survey. What is the difference between Switzerland and Indian Cities? Only difference is in the number of people working and not working. Correct this and everything else including infrastructure get set right automatically. LET US ENGAGE OUR PEOPLE INTO REWARDING ENGAGEMENTS. This is the fundamental change in the growth paradigm. Let us do it at one district being a model. We come from a history. We have a history beyond our birth. Some religious say about rebirth and some other religions connected it to ancestors. We are not born just like that. We have a history. We are also going to become a history sooner or later.
Question is about who will recieve me when i go back to history. Whom all i can expect to come to recieve. Or at least feel happy about my coming back to history?
It is nice when there are someone to welcome me there. That is there even when we go to other places also. Particularly when we go to unknown places. It is nice to have a larger number of people to recieve me there. It is more nice when more relevant and important people recieve me there. Are there people waiting? Or souls? After all we go back to history not in our existing forms.
Our forms are to get deformed. Our egos are to go in the vanish space. We may stand or sit is also immaterial since what kind of arrangements are there for us in the history. Hence me feel to get into the memories of people than to get into the history at all.
I am happy when i get a place into the memories of a large number of people. I wanted them too to feel like what i feel to feel right now at this given space and time.
Getting into the memories means getting into the minds. Mind you, no one take you to their mind unless you find a way for getting into their minds. The way ahead should be there for positive. Or else the future can go otherwise. The wise always go the ways of happy and good.
It is always good to move with the universe. Paulo Coelho says about the hand that had written about our story. The same hand had written the whole story and the entire history. Let us get along with the hand that writes and keep writing. And let is keep writing in our mind the right thing that every right person wanted to think at every moment after moment.
Having a good intention is the best way to avoid all tensions. Single goal is to become part of the history at least for a while.
Can you do it? Yes! That’s one of the best ways to resolve conflicts between individuals who are connected and concerned with each other. Even others can be included in the conversation when you have a reason for doing so.
What happens when you close your eyes and shut your mouth while talking within and seeing and listning the other within?
Outer mind get closed when you close your eyes and focus on something important for you. Inner mind opens up. This is the basic change. Power of inner mind is very huge and large when compared with outer mind. For example inner mind is 2,00,000 and outer mind just 7. There is no unit for calculation. It is just a comparison.
Inner mind has no limits and boundaries whereas outer mind is minimal and temporary. Real Problems and True solutions are in the inner mind. Outer mind has only limited resources.
For achieving a desired target, one has to expand the operational strength and territory from the conscious (outer) mind to the unconscious (inner) mind. One more thing is very important. Unconscious mind is unconditional and has enormous wisdom. It goes far and wide to achieve results.
When outer mind is closed, not closed actually, connected and focused on to the inner mind; you achive a higher level of emotional stature. More powers and more resources come on your ways. More ways are opened up. More understanding and better options come on your way towards seeking solutions. Alternatives appear right in front of you. Given a choice, human mind picks up the best among the choices.
Ultimately conscious mind and unconscious mind comes together and opt for the best. A decision taken together by the unconscious mind and the conscious mind goes with you very well.
Hence, do resolve problems within before you go to react towards it with your limited resources in your conscious mind. Once you start silent communication unconditionally and with an open heart, you start to enjoy the help of universe in achieving your dreams and targets.
Greater heights become visible and accessible. After all we are spiritual being having human experience on earth.
Government + Educational Institutions + Trainers = Massive Employment
No one seems to be much worried about unemployment. Parents take care about their children. People settle down with available jobs and lower salaries. Others sit at home busy in their lazy world.
How long? How
long we can ignore the vibrant population that are capable to transform our
economy in a large scale. Tendency of unemployment has to change. Everyone
should transform themselves.
In the
book, “The Alchemist”, Alchemist tells about the boy who can transform himself
into a storm. Boy gets surprised. How can I transform myself into a storm? What
will happen if I fail to transform myself?
We are
living at the best of our times. Nation is youthful and our youth very dynamic.
We should create space for more jobs without additional capital expenditure. We
also should develop more ideas and action plans to deploy more people in newly
created career space. There are plenty of needs yet to be addressed in the
society. Many of them are complimentary for the needs of existing
organizations. Government should take the initiative. Who in the government
will do that? No one! Why? They are safe and comfortable. We should
create a massive program to bring everyone into a thinking process that can
create a career revolution in India. Untired among the retired should come
forward and take lead roles. No one should demand for a pay until there is a
revenue model developed and implemented.
It is not entrepreneurship. It is not salaried jobs. It is an innovative
category of new jobs in massive numbers to create large number of jobs without
burdening organizations with exponential salary liabilities. Work space is
provided by organizations. Projects are identified taking their interests into
consideration. Organizations may support for initial take off.
Director General Krishnaswamy Natarajan PTM, TM took over as the 23rd Chief of Indian Coast Guard on 30 Jun 19. A 5th Batch Officer of the Indian Coast Guard, he joined service in Jan 1984. During the initial years, he specialized in select core competencies viz. Search and Rescue as well as Maritime Safety and Port Operations, at the US Coast Guard Reserve Training Centre, Yorktown, Virginia. The Officer holds a Masters’ Degree in Defence & Strategic Studies from Madras University and is an alumnus of the Defence Services Staff College, Wellington.
In his illustrious career spanning over 35 years, the Flag Officer has had the distinction of holding important Command and Staff appointments, both afloat and ashore. He has commanded all classes of Indian Coast Guard ships, viz. Advanced Offshore Patrol Vessel (AOPV), Offshore Patrol Vessel (OPV), Fast Patrol Vessel (FPV) and Inshore Patrol Vessel (IPV). He has also served as the Commander Coast Guard District No.5 (Tamil Nadu), the Commanding Officer ICGS Mandapam and as the first Officer-in-Charge of Coast Guard Training Centre (Kochi). At the Coast Guard Headquarters, his key staff assignments include Principal Director (Policy & Plans), Chairman Coast Guard Service Selection Board, Principal Director (Projects), Joint Director (Operations) and Coast Guard Advisor (CGA) to the Director General Indian Coast Guard.
Post 26/11, the country was recovering from one of the worst terrorist attack. His moment of reckoning came during that period, when as the Deputy Director General (Policy & Plans), on being elevated to the Flag Rank he spearheaded the Staff Division of Policy & Plans at the Coast Guard Headquarters and was instrumental in giving a major fillip to the overall growth of the Coast Guard in terms of setting up of additional 20 Stations, 10 Air Establishment, 2 Regional Headquarters, 2 Seaboard Headquarters, contract for 120 ships & boats.
In the rank of Inspector General, he was also Commander of the of the Operational Formations – Coast Guard Region (Andaman & Nicobar) and Coast Guard Region (West) from 2014 to 2016 wherein he heralded a tactical shift towards Preventive Operations that saw marked decline in security and safety related incidents at sea in respective Area of Responsibility
The Flag Officer was elevated to the rank of Additional Director General in Aug 16 and took over the reins as Coast Guard Commander (Western Seaboard). Under his apex watch on the sensitive Western seafront, whilst there were no major marine incidents, the period saw surge in major operations that included apprehension of 1.5 Ton of narcotic substance, mass rescue operations during cyclones, humanitarian assistance during natural calamities in coastal states and focussed Coastal Security Operations.
The Flag Officer is a recipient of President’s Tatrakshak Medal and Tatrakshak Medal for his distinguished service to the nation.
