Happiness is everyone’s look out. People but can often get into negativity when they are not carefully concentrate and create positivity. There need to be conscious efforts for one to remain happy every time. More than conscious efforts, it is a conscious and firm decision that transforms the way your mind work. One need to be determined for being happy and positive. Whatever happens should finally end up in happiness creation. Even adversities can thus be converted into a happiness project.

Mind your mind and decide what you want. It is easy to achieve happines once you decide to be happy consciously. Here are the steps that one should understand and follow to achieve happiness.

Sensory orientation or disorientation is the key factor that decides about where you are at a given moment. Sensory orientation is an outcome that one should achieve over practice over a period of time. We should train all our five senses to get focused on what we are looking for. Create in your mind what you wanted to create actually. Mind is your design centre.

Mind knows how to create it in real once you have given it the blue print. All that you should give is the blue print. It should be given in 5 sensory parameters. Seeing, hearing, feeling are the basic three sensory parameters. Smelling and tasting are the next two sensory parameters. These are more important for a perfume expert or a food enthusiast. All these five sensory parameters need to be trained to be focused at positive frameworks all the time.

Practicing Happiness Creation!

You need to pair with another person or take help from a Practicing Therapist to get trained in happiness creation. Most simple and easy way is to keep your palm on a surface to feel the temperature while you pick up an attractive sound available around and to imagine a happy event keeping your eyes closed.

Feelings focused on the temperature variations, hearing focused on the best available sound and opening inner eyes to remember or imagine something cherishing. This will make you focused and firm. The one who are at your help should try to lift up either of your hands with two fingers in a gentle way. You will be surprised to know that the hand is stuck at the surface very much.

Is there anybody responsible to create jobs in India? Whatever said and done; there is no one seemingly interested in creating jobs in India.

We are far from anywhere near to our potential and possibilities in the present times. India is like a farmer who is suffering economic setbacks even when there are bumper crops for want of sufficient storage facilities and efficient processing units.

Youth is like a bumper crop in India. Placing them and nurturing them is the way for making India a developed nation. Our authorities are missing with two faculties within themselves. Thinking and thanking are those two faculties.

Why do I say so? Economic systems are ever changing every second everywhere. We as a nation are yet to cop up with the changing times. We are only thinking for ourselves. Our strategies are for ourselves. Survival of the fittest is the theme of selections everywhere in India. This has to change. As a nation, we should think collectively to create jobs. Collaboration and Mentorship are the ways for creation of more employment opportunities.

We need to create more career brands and several career platforms. A national eco system, read it as a national economic system has to emerge from the dots of these thoughts.

Can we create fifty thousand jobs of Tourism Ambassadors in India?

It is possible just by the Government of India providing a round table in every tourism offices in the country. No salaries are required. Just create a Career Platform for Tourism Ambassadors and a Career Brand for them. Give training and create a Communication platform that provide a national level connectivity. These things keep happening in the nation even at personal levels and organisational levels. That’s like a little paradox. Many career are appearing at corporate scheming up. Online aggregators are creating career brands just like that.

Creating jobs at one end and killing jobs at other end is the way of life today. Corporates spend lavishly for Brand building and customers base building. People suffer from all sides once they are done with that. The whole problem in our country is from the missing link of a wholesome approach. We are philosophical in our preaching and greedy in our actions.

Creating fifty thousand employment opportunities doesn’t attract attention of anyone in India. What do I get is the silent query at every authority gate. Every watchmen is a barricade in the process of evolution in our nation. Our children has to go abroad to fetch any respect for their caliber and hard work. Fifty thousand Tourism Guides is possible in a minute with a circular from the Ministry of Tourism. Lot of thinking has to happen but at the ministerial level. How is it possible when you are outsourcing for the content of your website itself. There is no reflection of a thought process anywhere seen in the publicity materials.

Thinking of Fifty Thousand Tourism Ambassadors is a Revenue Model. There is no Capital Involvement anywhere in the process. Round Table proposed also can be availed on an Advertisement Campaign Model. I may get a call from the ministry to come and explain about the idea. That will be the end of that. Singing song is worth when there are hearing ears. People inspired with visionary mindsets has to come to positions and portfolios. Things will drastically change only then. Sticking at the capital model and filling the coffin boxes only make of next births miserable. Let us look for salvation at safe.

It was the famous American Actor Denzel Washington who said “At the end of the day it’s not about what you have or what you’ve accomplished… It’s all about who you’ve lifted up, who you’ve made better. It’s about what you’ve given back.” ~ Denzel Washington.

We are never done with life. We always want more. All of us. We often collaborate and more often compete to live a much better life than the next person.  But because life is a rat race, all cannot win simultaneously, and some end up having more and some less.  At some point we realize that the universe, society included, has conspired to give us that better life and perhaps we can and should give back to society something of what it gave us by helping others to live the life that we have enjoyed.

There are many ways to give back to society. It can begin with even the smallest of the gestures – sharing knowledge for free, adding a voice to a common goal, or helping in a community project with time and effort are just some of the ways an individual may start to give back. The easiest way of course is donating money to a favourite cause, but it often needs to be ensured that the money reaches the right place.

In the Indian context, where education makes the difference between a life well lived and life of struggle, the best way forward is to help as many as possible secure a decent education – so that they may be able to compete and collaborate to garner for themselves a better life without a handicap. A handicap called poverty.

That’s why Spearhead Media Pvt. CA Valerian Dalmaida, a shareholder in Spearhead Media, is a CA by qualification, but his experience is vast and varied. Currently he is the Group Head of Support Services, Alain Holding, AbuDhabi.  Valerian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Mysore University, India. He is a Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Certified Support Manager from Service Strategies, San Diego, USA. Valerian ha sattended various leadership training programs globally and holds Counselling Certificate from AVOSA, Abu Dhabi. He is also the president of KCO Abu Dhabi (an organization known for its support to poor students) for the year 2019.

CA Valerian Dalmaida has come forward as the first sponsor of this scheme to help financially handicapped continue their education.  He was fascinated by the concept of SEED and rightly so.

The concept of SEED

Only a seed can become a mighty oak. Under the SEED programme, students who have dropped out from the education system after their graduation after completing their 12th standard / Pre-University, will be given a chance to pursue the same through distance education. They will be trained for the same by Unique Edu skills International, according to their unique model and will during the course of the year acquire chosen skills on site at industrial and service providers’ locations.

The concept of SEED is based on the model of education pioneered by Unique Edu Skills International, Belthangady. This model is well known for transforming students’ perceptions and prospects. Students who have undergone their education at Unique (it offers degrees awarded by the Mangalore University) learn life, professional and vocational skills through hands on training in Industry. That’s what’s different, the academic industry interface takes place onsite at the industry rather than in the classroom.

How do they do it? Ah! That’s the interesting part.  The curriculum is prepared in such a way that the students get experiential learning along with classroom learning. The prescribed syllabus is taught in 1/6th of the time it is done in other institutions, freeing the student to directly acquire life, professional and vocational skills. They could also earn while they learn. Emphasis is also on the development of the student’s Emotional Quotient (EQ) and communication skills. Students are also allowed to choose the skills that they would like to acquire.

For the moment, SEED is looking for 12 students. Selection of students will be based on their motivation levels more than their marks in plus two exams. Selected candidates will be taken as Interns at Spearhead Media Pvt. Ltd and will be placed with Unique Edu Skills International where the students will be trained at various skills and degree programs through distance mode of education.

  • Seminar discusses the destructive impact of illicit drugs

Demand is soaring across the country for untested concoctions of psychoactive substances that are labelled as designer drugs. Inaugurating a seminar on “designer drugs – an escalating public health challenge”. Dr. Y. Bharat Shetty MLA cautioned the abuse of new drugs that are entering the underground drugs market with nicknames such as “spice”, “bath salts”, “meow meow” and “ecstasy”. The drugs are called “designer” because they are based on existing illegal recreation drugs with chemical structures that are modified to varying degrees to evade the drug loss. The unscientific mixtures of drugs can easily transform from ‘safe’ to toxic, resulting in delirium and even death. The total number of new psychoactive substances is around 400 presently, with new drugs entering the market every day. New formulations are outpacing efforts to impose international control.

The seminar was attended by officers, from Police, Customs, CISF, RFSL and different universities, apart from scholars, and students. The seminar was organised by the newly setup Centre for Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances (CNPS) under MAHE. Dr. G Shreekumar Menon, head of the CNPS opined that the use of Amphetamine Type Stimulants (ATS) including ecstasy is on the rise worldwide. Methamphetamine continues to dominate the ATS business as also crystal methamphetamine. Pro chancellor MAHE, Dr H S Ballal, Registrar Dr Narayana Sabhahit and Dr Vinod Nayak spoke on the need for robust law enforcement, as well as prevention and treatment approaches. The seminar concluded by stressing to reduce the physical and mental health burden and the destructive impact of illicit drugs.

The Valedictory program Chief Guest was Mr. Amith Kumar, Deputy Commandant, CISF, Mangalore Airport, who stressed the need for continuous vigil at all entry and exit points to check the flow of illicit drugs. Dr.Poornima Baliga Pro Vice Chancellor, stressed the need for parents and teachers to constantly monitor the student behaviour in order to identify tendencies that can give a hint of any deviant behaviour. She also pointed out that MAHE would be shortly commencing a Certificate Program in Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselling.

Abdul Raheem Teekay inspires me to be upright and active. He is all the more present around. Great thoughts and humane deeds made him part of the divine order of the nature. Abdul Raheem TEEKAY is a great role model. Humble but elegant. Simple but very strong. Stable and lenient. Man of great dignity and respect. A celebration of life, dignity and respect always had been inbuilt in his routine.

Always loved to present himself like a film actor and never he went acting towards life. Never ever he kept his words away from his actions. The amount of care that he had given about building a society truly Indian in nature is tremendous. He was building his community with people from all religion within and as much possible at the centre. Never discriminated on any grounds anyone away from the universal theme of humanity. His thoughts always went at national level and actions surrounded at local realities. His dream of Health Port had economic viability. Always wanted to dedicate to the nation without any royalty or credits thereon.

What an amazing vision to have such a national dream. All Indians having there health information accessible for their usage at any emergency or urgent of routine requirement. Having an updated and technology linked platform for entire Citizen supposed to be the dream of the Prime Minister of India and Indian Parliament. What an easy task it is? A matter of one month effort when it is done sincerely and with real heart. He wished it happens.

A Direct Link with God

Abdul Raheem Teekay always has a direct link with God. His poet within could express it on and on. His clarity on God could easily be understood from his approach. “Suppose the contractors (or wholesalers or whatever) of religion are the same one in charge in the heaven; I am not in any interest to come over to such  heaven”. Very clear. No need of any middlemen between God and Me.

Raheem’s father taught him to love God in such a way they both were “INTIMATES” at times of every reflections. What a freedom to be with the kind and merciful God.

 

Intimacy and Respect for People

Abdul Raheem Teekay loved people Irrespective of any class or order. Utmost care has been taken to uphold the dignity of human beings. He was very keen in keeping people at respect particularly when their self esteem was at low. He had helped people at difficult times and kept them at high esteem. Never felt as if he was helping anyone but did the best keeping it as his privilege to do so. Many of his kind acts had touched people at their deeper heart. His friends circle was very widespread and he was respected by everyone who had come across him. Even the ones with ideological differences between religions loved him being a marvelous person. For the common people; all are the children of the same God. Abdul Raheem Teekay was straight talking to God in his poems.

 

Love for Bajpe!

Teekay had solid love for Bajpe. Always kept links and relations. Valued every bit of memories. Many poems are written in connection with childhood memories. Every occasion to visit Bajpe was cherished. Always told fond memories. Hazib miss him a lot and these memories will turn to be an invisible strength for him to continue the legacy of the legend.

 

A Dreamer Par Excellence!

Teekay was a dreamer. A high end dreamer and an inspiration for others to dream. The Alchemist; largest read book in the world was translated to Kannada by him. He had given dreams to thousands of children through this book and also with his presence and approach. Teekay had impressed Paulo Coelho very much with his spirit of concern for others. Paulo Coelho had expressed it in his Twitter messages and Facebook posts.

We need contented people to carry out developmental initiatives! Satisfying self is a large thing than thinking about anything Good!

Addiction is in everything. It happens little by little. Any addiction has the same process. Drug or corruption or any other types of addictions happens in a certain process. One has to consciously undergo the process to get addicted to anything.

This rule is applicable for goodness as well. One who is addicted to simple living is like a drug addict but there is nothing further gone in those accounts being a consequential loss. Instead it gain at every further levels.

Addiction is the attitude of the unconscious mind. It is unconditional and accept everything as it is fed. Everything is taken wholeheartedly by the unconscious mind and it has limitless possibilities and capabilities.

 

Unusual achievements are outcomes of unconscious operation system. Mind being universally connected goes beyond space and time boundaries. We have seen such achievements in plenty around us. National achievements to personal achievements, we can list anything and everything in this line.

Small or big development models has to follow this fundamentals. There is something called hygiene in emotional life. Self respect, Integrity, purpose and everything aligned together decides our emotional hygiene.
