Politicians and officials are brilliant; System made them corrupt

India is at a turning point.

We are taking a parabolic turn towards progress. This is inevitable because we have gone to the bottom line in governance that we cannot go further down in that order. Our statistics are bogus and our projections are cooked up unreal stuffs. Now that we are not able to accommodate the overflow of young energetic dreamers; we have no other way other than to wait and see what the nature turns to make it happen! Dreamers get out from the bus that carries the run of the mill crowd and they start to walk alone to find a different set of people who are unique and co-operative to one another!

You should make yourself different from the ordinary lot to get noticed by others. Those who prove themselves different will naturally get noticed by others. It is very easy for you to get support and backing from mentors and others once You are identified being an extra ordinary potential person. Brilliant students are identified from their behavior more than from their marks. Those who are just bookworms may not develop leadership qualities. Communication skills and PR Skills are important. Scientific mind is very important. Confidence and Compassion is important. Care for others is very important. How you are good for others?

Who is your best friend? Who is your guide? You should get guidance from inside first. You should make your mind your close friend. Deeper mind is very powerful compared with your outer mind. Go deeper and deeper and get in touch with the reservoir of power. Meeting and making more friends is helpful. Meeting yourself transforms your life entirely!

How to meet yourself?

This is a big question that everyone seek an answer for. Yoga and Meditation are the answers! How much one is able to do is a big question. There is a simple technique that one can practice with the help of other one. Who is the other one? Take help from a friend. The best way is to help each other. Two friends can become a practicing pair. Husband and wife can help each other. When one practice the other one observe! Helping one another over a period of time can make both of you experts in focus, concentration, meditation, visualization; everything of that kind. One week practice can make you an expert.

Experts can practice independently!

Practice is very simple! Keep your hands on a surface. feel one of the palm. Pick one sound from around and focus your hearing on that. Create a wish in mind and see, hear and feel it as if it is happening right now. Close your eyes.

Your friend should try gently to lift your palm wrist with two fingers. No force need to be applied. It is just to check your palm is stuck to the surface. You may get disturbed and you may open your eyes. Doesn’t matter. Do it again until you are able to see what you wish to happen for your good. You become very strong in meditation over a period of time. Keep enhancing your wish and dreams. Sit more time in medication and register your dreams in your deeper minds. Deeper mind is the source of transformation! Make use!

Why then should we behave like we are perfect and others are not? Better we understand others as much we wish them understand us!

Biggest problem today is in our no compromising approach to others. It is always better we remain calm and seek goodness from all sides. Someone may do something wrong some time by mistake. Ignore and forgive. When the mistakes are purposely planted, we can avoid associating with such people. That’s the way for progress .

Together we should seek great success. In that sense, today’s requirement is multiple employment and mutual campaign. We should start working for group targets than individual achievements. When group target is achieved it is natural and automatic that our individual targets are also met within that.

Grabbing and running away is not the way. Wait for your share to be given to you in the golden platter with a citation of appreciation.

Youngsters should get connected with one another. We should learn from nature. Like the seeds that grow and become a large tree or whatever Machanisms that we see in the nature; honey bees never make seperate units of honey for each of them. There may be a system within. They but work as a team. Keep on adding bit by bit and processing continuously; outcome has to come for sure.

Stop questioning and challenging others!

Questioning and challenging others is not the way for success. Correction should happen in an appreciative manner. Non threatening methods should get evolved. We should know the imperfections within us.

We can hide our nonsense from others and the system. But the nature has a record of even our thought patterns. We cannot cheat the nature as we cannot cheat ourselves. Let us know this very much. Automatically things evolve. Becoming humble can make us more dignified.

Opportunities are open to the youngsters since others are blind about the changing times!

Elders are running behind the little money that is there with governments and governmental systems. On the run; they lost their farsightedness and even the normal eyesight.

It has now become an opportunity for the younger world to create their world the way they wish to create them!

World has all of a sudden become an ocean of opportunities. It had happened with Globalisation and Digitisation. We took them very light. Very few organisations understand this. Very few people understand the depth of it. For example; we conduct International Conferences in the same old style keeping the technology and advancements all aside. It is like using a computer in place of an electronic typewriter.

Income Tax and other departments even now want a print along with digital filing of returns and other documents. PF and ESI ask prints compulsory. What it means? Digitisation has created an additional burden for  the people. In addition to the earlier requirements, an additional requirement of digital submission is added to the burdens.

No advantage of digitisation is made available to the people. Government, Education system and every other functions go in the same old style.

What is then the opportunity that you talk?

The world has changed without waiting for government orders. Situation is similar like when computer courses flourished outside the traditional education system. The ones who understood the times could establish large educational institutions without waiting for government permissions.

Same situations are open in front of the younger world. Everyone is working at a low performance rate. Opportunities are open for those who are dynamic. No investments, no headaches. Look for avenues that can generate revenues. Take your share at a higher rate.

Many establishments failed to continue its legacy when people tried to do it by themselves by eliminating or distracting the source of wisdom behind extra ordinary concepts. It is very difficult to make one understand why one should not attempt for a take over. It is but easier for one to understand what are not possible for one to get it done by self.

Snatching an idea from the source of it is not possible. We can follow the footsteps of Visionaries and can try to model them. With lot of effort and dedication, even we can outperform the source of such models, but an effortless take over or a thankless behaviour only can let us get into the utter shame of attempting to kill a vision for the Nation.

Easy Example!

Imagine Team Manager of Indian Cricket Team wanted to play the role of the Team Captain in the ground. And wanted to score runs and take wickets just like the captain! It is possible for one to get it technically done to get into the field. But, it is very difficult to play a game that is worth a comparison with that of the Captain.

Most of the times, these things happen in the leadership of great establishments and visionary initiatives. Many organisations wanted to step into educational initiatives and wanted to make unique concepts. They approach Accademic experts and visionaries to take up the leadership at initial level. They insist them to continue althrough the difficult stages of the establishments.

Many places we see a silent takeover once the establishments are established. Eventually it fail to keep up with the legacy. There are no methods to tell one about what can be attempted and what not. Basic wisdom is to follow your intuition and to give respect for visionaries.

Try not to understand about the ways and means. Understand actions and outcomes. Observe values. Make evaluations. Make corrections and controls. Never but make a takeaway. It is not an easy task when it is not your cup to tea.

Forget everything while getting involved! You are evolving to perform a mission in the process!

  • Which organ of a human being could have been the first created, suppose we buy the theories of God in the creation process. Can it be heart? Question is not to prove any of the theories. This is to express gratitude to entire human creations and every incarnation is flesh and blood. Heart and heart-fullness are the elements that wonder our imaginations. Human is all about being and well being. How well we are able to remain just in being? Unconditionally and spontaneously! Everything else matters less; suppose we are willing to unlearn everything that are learned purposeless or external.

 

  • Human race has a single beginning and a simple beginning. it is but very complex for us to understand and articulate. It has a thought process. It has only a thought process. We need to think to differentiate ourselves from one another. No thinking means nothing to think and naturally nothing to worry about anything. No one races any race issues. No other issues too. Who is crazy about any issue at all?

 

  • We need to struggle a lot to study about the past. And we need to do it in the way it is prescribed to study about each topic. And we need to differentiate it from others and other ways of studies. Who is first need to be studied! Who is best is also need to be studied! Thousands of criteria need to be identified. There should be conflicts created and differences pointed out.

 

  • Then should we shout about the size of our race. We are this and we are that and everything other than what we are about to do. Instead of that; can we focus our senses and look at the face of the other person? Can we focus our hearing along with that? Can we relate all our senses at the other person and check within to get connected with one another? We may go back in the history line. And we may reach the story line where we were one at the beginning.

Justice K.S. Hegde Institute of Management (JKSHIM), NITTE and Karnataka Bank Limited (KBL) came together, along with the members of the MSME Industry to celebrate the best of MSMEs at the NITTE-KBL MSME Conclave & Business Awards 2018, at Hotel Ocean Pearl on November 3rd.

The starry event was inaugurated by Mr. Mahabaleshwara MS, MD & CEO, Karnataka Bank, alongwith Mr. Vishal Hegde, Pro-Chancellor, Nitte, Mr. Suresh K Rao, Chief General Manager (Materials), MRPL, Mr. Sreekanth K A, Co-MD, DXC Technologies, Dr. K. Sankaran, Director, JKSHIM and Dr. A. P. Achar, Dean – Corporate Programmes, JKSHIM.

The Conclave experienced five panel sessions on digitization of MSMEs and its implementation towards business growth. The industry leaders addressed the MSMEs, who participated wholeheartedly and, in vibrant colours. Also, the investment firms (VC/Angels) met select MSMEs to assess the feasibility of investment options in the promising enterprises.

The evening witnessed a wholesome of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) bagging honours across various award categories, such as the functional excellence awards, outstanding skills awards, jury recognition awards and the special category awards.

“It was a dream come true project for me – providing a recognition platform to the determined, focused and accomplished MSMEs in the region”, said Dr. A. P. Achar, Dean Corporate Programmes, JKSHIM

The pleasure of seeing the accomplished MSME owner walk up the stage, hold the award trophy and deliver a heartwarming acceptance speech is a feeling that only a fellow MSME can understand. The NITTE-KBL Business Awards 2018 saw a plenty of that on Saturday evening in Mangalore! While the presence of the who’s who of the industry, academia and industry bodies/ associations including Mr. Balachandra Y.V. (GM & CFO, Karnataka Bank), Mr. Moodithaya (Pro-Chancellor, NITTE), Mr. K. E. Raghunathan (President, AIMO), Mr. S. S. Nayak (Practicing Chartered Accountant), Mr. Siraj Ahamed (MD, Inland Developers), Mr. Ravichander (MD, Diya Systems), Mr. Poojary (MD, Shivsagar Foods & Resorts) and many others made it a very grand event, what made it even more memorable were some of the speeches that these MSME winners made.

The evening at the NITTE-KBL Business Awards 2018 was marked with some amazing memorable moments. The awards accounted for some emotional moments of euphoria and gratitude from the winners, and the entertainment performances evoked a sense of wonder and oomph into the proceedings.

Industry veteran and practicing Chartered Accountant, Mr. S. S. Nayak received the Lifetime Achievement Award. He said “I want to thank JKSHIM, NITTE and Karnataka Bank for bringing this event to Mangalore. Such coveted events are much needed to motivate the young entrepreneurs and recognize the talent that will grow to new leaps and bounds”.
