Development model of the West went wrong and in wrong directions. Destruction of the existing and replacing them with concrete construction was the development model of the West. They are now facing troubles of this model and trying to make corrections. We should not follow that model which the West is now repenting up on. We should feel happy for the delay in our development process since we have not gone much in the wrong directions. When we progress we should go with our learning from the mistakes of ours and others. That’s the right path.

Abundance of nature and active people are the great resources for development. We have both nature and people everywhere in the country. Every development process should involve nature and people. Both of them should be included in the development process. There is no point in destroying the abundance In nature and replacing them with synthetic greenery.

Similar way there is no point in taking people away from their native when we are able to retain them there itself. Development should go to the doorsteps of the people. They should not be forced to wander around for opportunities.

Fundamental principles of Camouflage:

Merge with the existing is the basic principle. Keep everything intact and add what is necessary. This is important in everything. Nature should be preserved and we should add more greenery to the existing. It is nice to use local specious maximum.

Same principles should be followed in every other cases. We should make improvisation in the life of the People in tune with their affinities and affiliations. Cities should connect themselves with villages and people should do their best in upliftment of their native villages. In fact, resources in the villages are sufficient to bring prosperity when we are able to process them proper. Concept of Global Village is an expanded Village.

Our education system should become more practical oriented and our students should reach out to the real and practical world. Mere classroom education is not enough. Each one should discover themselves and should nurture their dreams. Our future is in our people. Media should channel the growth process in a systematic and speedy manner.

Mind in General:

Have you ever noticed about the factors that make you feel positive about something or someone? Have you checked how your mind responds to different situations in different ways? How come the same parameters of input from different persons get different response from within?

Who you are matters in what you get from the mind. Human behaviour varies from one to another. One cannot be measured looking up to the behaviour. We need to go deeper and deeper to know what really happens beyond expressions.

Behaviour of teachers confuse students most of the times. Some teachers express negative emotions while they are very positive inside about what they respond opposite outside. Student may get confused. Some parents act strict while they are very soft inside. They may think to get some results from their approach and get some other responses instead of what they expect. All these are combinations and very difficult to explain. Human are different from machines that produce same output from the inputs of same measures.

Watch Your Mind:

One should watch own mind to know the versatility of human minds. What a Majic the reality that we call mind. No one can see the mind but it exists. Where is the mind located? Mind is at every cell of human body. Ney; it is far beyond in its reach. Mind is everywhere. Where? Mind is all about the senses; Inside and at the outset. Two roads! One is towards past and it is called memories and the other One is towards future and it is called imagination. Are these single roads? Highways? All depends on the spot where does the mind stands? Lost and agreed into is one state. Transformed and reformed is another state. All minds can be fixed between these two extreme parameters.

Other day; an eleven year old child was asked to describe his dream for his future. He told he wanted India to reach Mars before any other nations get into there. Oh! Good!! Said the man who had asked the child about dreams. Later he said to the parents to nurture the dream of the child so that the mission is accomplished. All are happy all around.

Mind is a magical reality. It gives you as much you can trust unconditional to it. It require congruence and sincerity. Your mind trust you a lot. The one who say I can and the other one say otherwise; both get what they are looking for. Look for the Good!

Mind is unconditional and it takes things as it is. Pretend being very strong and your mind achieves it over a period of time. Any talent that you wanted to achieve and any dreams that you wanted to fulfill; all can be achieved in this way. Do your prevention whole heartedly. Mean what you say and that’s the way your mind understand them.

UNCONSCIOUS Mind is your best friend. It is the storage of every data about your past and future. Both lines are unlimited and unbroken. You can frame the present and thus the future too in the way you want and your mind makes it ultimately.

Going little beyond you can understand that you are part of a larger mission and platform and understand your mission in a little more broader perspective. Your mind can achieve what you dream. How it will be when your dream is what your mind wanted you to dream about?

Oh! INDIA!! Come on! Bank up on the people of the nation particularly the large chunk of youth and the remaining chunk of youthful people at different age groups. Just break the pattern of capital dumping and deploy them diligently and intelligently. Why should you invest 100 Crores in something that can be done at an investment of just a crore. This is what is happening in India today. We need to change the pattern and simply draw a bigger circle in place of today’s close up circles.

Each corporate is like a sun today. But with no solar system evolved around. This is a simple change that is required today. Make corporate expansion plans multiplied and added with a large number of people at every extra circles around. Let their be earths and moons and all other small and big systems in fact in their places. Make sure you are not tying each other so that to curtail their free movements.

While at the top we convert isolated Sun’s into Solar Systems, we should also recharge the economic level of people at grassroots. This is just like ground water recharge systems. Everyone knows the need of water recycling and recharging water sources. When there is water at ground it can be spread and displayed as we want. When there is no water? We learned a lot from the draught experiences in the past.

Today we are at an economic draught. There is no proper recharging at the ground level. No one is interested in this process since they find no importance on this. This was the same case about ground water earlier. Everyone suddenly has become alert when draught started to hit them hard. Today it is economic draught and we should realise the need of interventions at the bottom level. People should get engaged and better rewarded so that they have extra income to come and spend them into the market place.

Economic cycles has to begin there or else we have to play today’s economic circus. Today we talk big and do a little about it. This belittling behaviour take us to narrow mind sets and to wrong roots. It is time for introspection and a holistic approach. Idea of a National Government could have been proposed today suppose Atal Bihari Vajpayee is around today in power. What for we fight for power? Is it to keep the other in inaction?

Indian culture is of togetherness and bumblebees. We should side line our personal interests and should come together for common purposes. This is very sad we fight on silly topics just to keep people divided. Divided and rule was British Strategy. We should go beyond and unite with each other. No gain when we are against one another.

All projects of large scale micro interventions can be done once we are operating in a platform of justice. Big question of “for what” arises when that is in question we ask with one another. First justice and then development. That is the sequence. Truth is the fundamental foundation of justice and peace. Let us become truthful.

Once we are truthful we start to hear our father of the nation. Reaching justice at the doorstep of the last person in the nation. How far we are closer to that. We are far away from the destination and are not able to see them even at far. Long way to go before we sleep and to get a sound sleep with bright memories around.
