Putting your inner mind at work means you are entrusting the commandership to the most trusted heroes and heroines in your force! The inner mind does every work that are specified, quantified and given to it.

One condition that applies to this is this! Your conscious mind should believe and give the task to the inner mind. The belief system should be sufficient enough to convince the inner mind to its complete satisfaction.

Activity and Productivity are the key words for development and growth in today’s economy. To activate an operation, we need to involve more people into an activity centre! An activity centre can be anywhere and everywhere, where there are people to work on a new idea or for an existing activity. We can create activities!
An institution with a renewed energy and with a transformed outlook finds it possible to multiply their business manifold with synergy of this new approach of accommodating maximum people in maximum places!
Making existing people getting into new activities with an additional incentive scheme is the crux. Concept of institutions within an institution is in operation at every progressive establishment. We just need to copy them!
Once you are clear with your vision and are aware about all its dimensions, you start to see everything being a possibility. You stop looking it things being a problem. Now, you look at people with a renewed outlook and naturally you will try to make each individual in your institution to be the best. That makes all the difference.
You are slowly turning to be a miracle maker than being just another individual. You start to see new possibilities. People come to you with more freedom to share ideas and thoughts. There can be a plenty of social campaigns that can be linked with brand promotions. At any offices or places where there is space for meetings and people who are able to make things happen can take lead!
Senior professionals who are retired and not yet tired should come forward to lead the youth since experience and dynamism together make the targets easier to achieve. It will be fantastic when there can be linkage and leverage between youth and institutions.

Space and Time are the prime resources today. Yesterday, it was all about land, labor, capital and organization. Everything today can be related with space and time. It is a huge transformation! Space and time are waiting for conversion to wealth. You just need to make use of them! Can you do something with the space and time available with you? You can convert them easily into wealth and currency. Bring in new ideas and get them implemented with the space and time available with you.
For example, I am able to spare four hours a day from the routine and can to do a number of things with that time. Am I able to find out a space for me to utilize these four hours per day is the challenge in front of me.
Dr. Kalam said, “Small aim is a crime” and we say to all of you, wastage of space and time is a bigger crime than having a small aim in life. That is why we brought religion into the picture here and religions are the largest point where space and time left unused. There are plenty of non conflict small little things that we can do for creating wealth for so many people!

Doordarshan was kept a government monopoly in Media. It had a very rigid system until it was expanded. When it was opened up; it could create large ripples of progress in the society.

Today there are plenty of media houses operating in India and the economy is progressed manifold. Revenue models from the media scenario have changed a lot and various economic developments are also seen today because of such expansions.

In a democracy; media has to be opened up to the whole or a large chunk of the population. Today’s media is in a changeover from analog to digital and from digital to its multi dimensions. Take the examples of Doordarshan and All India Radio few years’ back. There were only one channel in both radio and television in India. There are hundreds of channels and more than thousand radio stations today in India.

The frequencies that were not used and utilized are now at use. Huge growth happened in this sector and it triggered growth at every sectors. When we look at every institution in India; we see similar avenues in plenty. Expansion is a new thing today; it is permutations and combinations than a single line expansion drive. There are plenty of new areas untapped and unutilized! The resources underutilized should be made open for projects and innovative ideas. Global TV is initiating a new series of episodes in Memory of one of our prime Mentors who are not with us physically right now. Dr. Arunachalam Kumar was an amazing role model. He was very genuine and open minded. We had learned a lot from him. Lot of wisdom was experienced in his genuine expressions and behaviour.  Dr. Kumar was very simple and straight forward.  His students loved him a lot. Experiential learning was his method. Attempting every small thing that come across and learning even from the expressions of children. His magical presence can never be forgotten.

Main purpose of this series is to look into certain areas of social concerns that all other media houses often forget to get into and to see them through an independent point of view. Reflect all your Relations both internal and external very deep and you will get to know the invisible connectivity between actions and outcomes! Reading books give you lots of wisdom but we seldom relate our thoughts with the sensory experience of the authors of the books at the time when the books had emerged from them.

Time and surroundings matters and in cases of classics it may transcend time and all other constraints; still; we may need to reflect them into our deeper consciousness to get into the right kind of outcomes from such readings. Every input has to be processed through the deeper sense of a larger wisdom that connects us with the universe. We are not in the world of Robinson Crusoe’s…

 

What do I get in this? It is a marketing approach. What best can be contributed from my side is truly a humane approach! Taking your share from the outcome is your intelligence. Be humane and intelligent!!

Thousands of birds were caught in the hunter’s net and the birds all went in search of a way out. It was acceptable to many but few lazy guys raised eyebrows and went into their sleepy mode.

One intelligent bird moved out from the crowd and started searching for a broken link in the net. It went on searching until it was able to fly out at a hole in a broken corner in the net. Straight it went to inform the hunters about their surprise catch. Somehow managed to locate them and informed them the news from a distance and came back to the same spot where other birds are struggling to lift up the net. Hunters will take time to reach their catch! Until then the birds are to be kept engaged in confusion so that they are not able to lift up the net. Hence it went to one side of the net and called few of the birds to discuss a wonderful strategy to come out of the net. The ideas were fascinating!

And then it went to the next side and then to the next side until it was able to make six or seven groups in the net. It had sad expressions! But very glad inside; the bird wanted the hunters to reach at the sight. What it could gain out of it is all not known to any of us but this is how some of the human minds work in the world. Addicted to divert people away from their vision and mission in life has become a common agenda for many people who supposed to be the people who motivate a large number of people.

A change in this behavior is possible when we understand the change in the basic foundations of economic theories that had happened over the past years, decades and centuries! Let us just believe; it is an old story!! We were living in a scarce economy until recently; today we are not! We are living amidst abundance! Human is the base of wealth creation! That is what our national tradition says. We were among the richest economies! We need to go back to the Indian tradition of people centric growth models!

Today; the world has to rethink. Are we living in a scarce economy or in a rich economy! Surely we are not in a scarce economy. We are amidst abundance and it is really abundance. We are abundance; we can create abundance. The people are the wealth of the nation. In every area we are wealth creators. Hence; we need to be genuine in wealth sharing too!! Here is the problem! This is the way for progress and this is the only way for progress! Goodness will attract goodness and together we shall create greatness all around. In giving we receive and in forgiving we flourish and together we nourish larger dreams!

Japanese shown the world what they can do silently in making a turn around in their destiny. This model of Japanese turn around miracle should be the guiding light in front of the people of Kodaguband Kerala. Government funds are bound to get manipulated and misused. In this case no one may deliberately attempt to make any personal advantages on the cry of others. This can also happen if government get aligned with the existing set of contractor’s net for getting the works done. Things can go well when the government operate the funds through non governmental agencies that are with good track records. Politics should wait in the outskirts of operations until the transformation process are Done with. That’s why the proposal of Japanese Model important at this crucial juncture of transformation at floodhit locations.

Japanese Model is micro at the grassroots. Micro economics are set feasible and profitable for the participants at ground level. There is nothing like bargain upto no loss no profit that we regularly see in Indian produce market.
