Abundance of positivism that are flowing from every part of the world through first hand reporting and real time commentary. Emotional connectivity to entire world with simplicity and humility. Lot of clarity and conviction beyond any kind of confusions. Being good to everyone including the ones who were not so at their turn in the batting ground. This is the way ahead to harness goodness in the world. You read it from one who understand the vibrations at the peak and the bottom at the very same wavelength. Author has a track record of purity and cleanliness in thoughts and actions.

Nature took him from one end to the other end of certain emotional stories and gave him certain feel that can peel all layers of thin doubts that may make the manger glitter at his heart at its best. The book is filled with original thoughts and true wisdom.

Name of the book emerges from the silence of lakshmi the better half of the author. That’s the same silence with many others in similar shoes; who care their family and nurture everyone within; without seeking anything in return. Her dedication being everyone to everyone and yet counted being no one is on account of the system that are filled with nonsense at every inch of its perceptions.

Numerous instances of Humorous narratives:
Silence Sounds Good is a light reading book. There are plenty of joyful narration. The girl who put the arrogant man back at the queue and the chief minister who returns his share to his brother in law are the extreme points of the sequences. Humour is the way to spit right at the face of the mighty corrupt but the author sympathize even with them being remain non judgemental and aggressive. He is also must be facing the challenges with a smile. Suggestion of the author not to give bribe is not practical but. It is possible only at a national collective initiative like non cooperation movement or quit India movement. How can an ordinary individual initiate action against a collective underworld gang? We should travel in a distant way of focusing one goodness and creation of wealth.

A Humble Advice from the lower corner:

The revered author should look at the nature and learn the way and whereabouts the nature corrupt everyone and everything in the system a little bit to get a bigger response in return. There is a reward for everything that is being done in nature. This could be the only ambiguity if we can politely point out. It is also important to note here on the said issue that no better options are yet presented by any other author. India is yet to go in detail to see the easiest and practical ways to curb corruption. Human mind always chooses the best among the options. Now that the best option is corruption, the nation should ponder on better options. Our efforts are at the periphery only and we should cut open and go deep inside to see the cancer at the fourth stage. Pathetic from top to bottom. Chief minister in the book was far better. Corruption is a blood cancer patient and require more blood as times goes by that way.

Strong Suggestion for the Young:

A person who read this book and meditate over the ponderings cannot go astray. There is perfect clarity and direction that give you enough impetus to have a strong hug with the truth and the truth alone. All falsehoods has to stay away shy without coming near to fear you a bit. Positive energy that the upright spread can spearheaded to transform the derailed human beings and make them to come back to the mainstream of human search for excellence. God has to acknowledge the role of human beings in the transformation process and should be kind enough to compare the performance with the state of affairs when God was handling the situation alone. What a wonderful book. Silence Really Sounds Good. Buy the book and say goodbye to falsehood!

This Book that sounds very good should get a higher order of respect in the courtyards of best sellers. These are the books that communicate true emotions much beyond the cooked up and dressed up ones. Publishers like Harper Collins India and Penguin India should come forward to take the journey forward. Educational Institutions should insist students to make bulk order and buy the book.

Outdated courses should be thrashed and emerging opportunities should be harnessed. India should get into larger initiatives involving large number of people. Resources that are available at zero cost should be utilized. Landing points and planting space are the themes suggested. Identifying matching combinations that can engage large number of people and giving momentum to the initiatives by converting them into social movements is the way.

Indian Economy is so vibrant, inspiring and highly promising. We can easily spot goodness emerging everywhere. Two segments that doesn’t allow things to happen is the political system and the official machinery. It doesn’t mean there is no one good in politics and administration. People in both the segments are basically good. System is bad over a period of time.
Main setback for goodness to emerge is in the beliefsystem of the people at key places. There are not many who believes in a solution that can happen overnight or over a period of time. Everyone see an endless road that take the nation into deeper uncertainties. No one wanted to try for any better solutions just because there is no hope in their minds.

Everyone see everything blank in their front.
Still, everyone says as if they see solutions in front of them. This big lie that they are taking the nation forward is the cause of suffering in India. There is no single solution in front is a fact. It should be like that. Why should we search what is right in front of us? Results has to come once we employ sufficient amount of efforts.

At the beginning what we need to have is hope and willingness to work towards the outcome. As we progress in efforts, outcome has to come out and make itself visible and accessible.

There cannot be any set methods towards success. Every effort has to bring success. Quality and quantity of the outcome depends on the quality and quantity of the efforts.

One person working and one thousand people working in the same pace has to bring proportionatelydifferent results.

Large number of offices and establishments can take a lead just by welcoming people to utilise their premises for social entrepreneurship initiatives. Such establishments and offices get their advantage automatically with the presence of such people and initiatives. Virtual ventures virtually require no space. Giving space for people to come together can create large momentum for such initiatives. Every resource has its value inbuilt.

Plenty of lands are available for joint ventures. National housing schemes at people level away from political and administrativejargon can do wonders. Deployment of people in a proper system is the secret of success. Every plumber in one city may cause inconveniences for the entire nation. Everyone has to get connected and has to work in a cooperative mindset.

Organizations are no solutions. It can create further mess in the society by becoming an additional cost centre. Form informal organizations to do one task and leave it once the purpose is done. India is a large nation of people who are truly brothers and sisters to one another. That is the largest organizational form in the world. We need not make an establishment out of it.

The world of uniformity of thinking, right versus wrong, clear demarcations of self and the other, role models, one right answer etc. etc. are all over.

These are terribly confusing times, what in the Western world is called the post-truth world! There are no more truths; only points of views and paradigms. If renaissance was about the death of the “unscientific temper”, the current times are about the death of the “rational ways”. What would replace the “rational”?

Unless we collectively design a new world of post-rationalism in a mindful manner, we are bound to be plunged into utter irrationality; Terrorism, Obscurantism, Environmental backlash, Mutual distrust etc. The new world order that is being called for fits beautifully with the Indian ethos of unity in diversity, eclecticism and tolerance for ambiguity. We only need to redesign organizations and regulatory systems that align with the deepest Indian ethos.

The need for the “post-rational” is perhaps most acutely felt in the higher education sector. Here is where the superior minds are fashioned. The task today is the align the mind with the needs of the times. This would require a new world order of independent thinking, “self order” and creation of individuals who can at once bring themselves success and also social good; who can think and act in an autonomous fashion while at the same time serve social and ecological causes creatively.

To achieve the above it is time that Higher Education freed itself from controls and bureaucratic fiats. The single most important requirement is to empower the academic class. Their task is to generate intellectually smart, caring and creative students. Trust between the taught and the teacher is paramount.

Excellence can be nurtured through creative institutional interventions. The role of the government is to enhance such an atmosphere in the academia.

The current system with its roots in British hegemony has to be questioned. This can be done if the regulator and regulated can adopt “self regulation” and “social entrepreneurship” as worthy anchors for designing new systems.

Cost of Unnecessary Capital is the Cause of Collapse!

We should be able to multiply revenue without incurring additional investments. The equation is simple. It is only alliances between infrastructure and people. Finding new avenues for revenue generation without incurring additional capital expenditures.

Every establishment in India can get into this process. Every senior citizen can take up the costume of a Mentor. Youngsters of all ages are the Warriors and their dynamism is their capital.

Connecting infrastructural capital and Dynamic capital is like large waterfall over to a power generating turban.

Large social issues that are yet to be addressed should be taken up courageously. Housing, Agriculture and allied initiatives with farming and food processing can do large leverage for the economy. There should be twinning programs between rural places and city points.

Tourism sector can make a multiple jump. We should involve youngsters in the development process. Young people are more dynamic and much faster. They need guidance and motivation from elders. Mentors and Warriors are the best combination.
