Life is precious that should be lived at every moment. How many of us are really living? We believe as we are we live. Do we really live? Many people of different age group are seen talking very negative about life. Can we sit back and look at the precious life that we are not enjoying exactly the way we should do it! Life is all about how we look at it. And it is about what you see, hear, feel, smell and taste inside our sensory experience.
NLP Says we can experience things the way we wish. There are methods to change our experience. We can modify things the way it give happiness and joy to us. What you see when you are happy and what you see when you are unhappy need to be modified. What you see when you are happy is important. How you see what you see is more important. Bringing the happy sights inside more closer can make you more happy. Making them bigger and brighter also will make you more happy.
What you see can be called ‘modality’ and how you see can be called ‘sub modality’. Changing the Sub Modality is the way to change any experience. This can be mastered with simple but continuous practice.
