Mangalore IAS, in association with RACHANA Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Ramakrishna Mission, Mangaluru, will organize an exclusive Civil Services guidance seminar titled “Margadharshi – Cracking the UPSC Examination” on Sunday, June 28, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Ramakrishna Mission, Mangaladevi, Mangaluru.
The programme aims to provide aspiring Civil Servants, degree and postgraduate students, parents, and educators with practical guidance, motivation, and clarity regarding the Civil Services Examination and other competitive examinations.

The event will be graced by Swami Jitakamanandaji, Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission, Mangaluru; Shri Arun Jeji Chakravarthy, IPS, Director General of Police (DGP); Shri Sudheer Kumar Reddy, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Mangaluru City; and Shri Shashikanth Somnath Vibhute, IFS, Assistant Conservator of Forests (ACF), Mangaluru. Expert sessions will be delivered by renowned UPSC trainers Shri Mohan Krishnamurthy and Shri Chandramohan Inaganti, along with Dr. Sumana B., Head of the Department of Sociology, First Grade College for Women, Balmatta, Mangaluru; Mr. Dawn Prakash, Globally Certified Google Educator and Microsoft Certified Educator; and Mr. Santhosh Rao, Founder of Mangalore IAS.
The seminar will focus on understanding the UPSC examination pattern, effective preparation strategies, time management, productivity enhancement, common mistakes made by aspirants, interactive question-and-answer sessions, motivation, and career guidance. The programme is being organized under the leadership of Mr. Roy Castelino, President of RACHANA- Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and Mr. Santhosh Rao, Founder of Mangalore IAS. According to the organizers, the objective of the seminar is to equip aspirants with the right strategy, confidence, and guidance required to succeed in competitive examinations. Participants will receive access to all sessions, lunch, an e-certificate, and opportunities for future scholarships and mentoring initiatives. The seminar is open to UPSC aspirants, degree and postgraduate students, parents, educators, and all those interested in pursuing careers in the Civil Services and Government sector. Registration is currently open, and interested participants are encouraged to register at the earliest as seats are limited and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. The registration fee is Rs. 200.
