Digital Payment Frauds has silent support of premium Banks!

Fraudulent transactions are creations of the loopholes in official system. How deep and how much top can only be verified by a competent authority.

Government is evidently campaigning for digital payment system even undermining the role of it’s trusted currency but are incapable of providing a fool proof payment gateway for safe transaction. All payment gateways are in the armpit of the fraudsters. There is no exception to any of the digital payment systems whether it is Card payments or google pay or any other platform that are using for payment. A proper audit of accounts will sure reveal scams of thousands of crores of rupees in Indian Banking Sector. Some may be at Branch levels but most of them with the involvement of the top offices. Digital payment has now added another avenue for a regular fraudulent revenue model for the gangs between banker, shopper networks.

Mistakes happen on and off but the Redressels happen only when the victims go relentlessly behind it like going to pillar to post giving them the data everyone of them are having at their finger tips. The methodology of fraud is inbuilt in the digital payment system and the pattern of fraud is very same at every time. Super alert only will save their money from the fraudulent practices of the system in one or the other way.

Cheating in online payment is very typical. Banks, shops and fraudulent accounts are all the beneficiaries of the loss of the customers whom the father of nation call the KING. Cheating pattern on online payment is like creating a traffic block on the road and making the journey cut in between forcing the customer go back home after the payment is done and without the product delivered in return to them. Transaction is in the process will be the official message inbuilt in the application. Shops will not attend to you even if you wait the whole day in their store. Payment is not cleared will be the answer if you are lucky to meet the store manager and are able to make an impact in your communication. Aim of the store manager is to send you back home. He or she will promise you that they will return the money if it get credited to their account. Next day when you call but the answer will be different. We have forwarded the details to our head office and please wait for three to four days will be the answer from then.

Until then you feel your money is safe and will come back. By now you will start to feel cheated. You start to talk to the bank if you know someone in the bank. They will also very politely listen to your complaint and will do some communication showing as if they are addressing the issue as soon as possible. In few days the picture will again change, you will get communication saying the reversal of transaction need more time like thirtyfive days etc. But at every point everyone makes sure you are loosing grip on your case.

Waiting for one or two months you may again go back to the bank or the shop. Both of them will now start to ask you for details from the other side. Bank or shop are not bothered about the fraud and has no interest to find the real fraudulent party in the process. This can happen only when the fraudulent party is very big. It should be either from the top of the pyramid or should have collaboration of all the participants in the process. Either fear or share is the reason. Those who are not courageous enough will keep themselves away from an inquiry into the reality. Those who are beneficiaries naturally become part of the fraud. When things are brought to light, there will be scapegoats made on the same patterns of fear or share. As a nation we should achieve integrity to claim our tradition!

It is like an underworld murder. The witness has no courage to become a witness in the court. Police also will be scared. In case of pickpockets, the parties share the outcome.

Now, let us look at a real situation. What should be done at an unsuccessful transaction. What are the options available? There is only one option  available. What is that? Since payment is not successful, product is not delivered to the customer. Can the customer stay in the shop until the payment is cleared? Not possible. Will the shopkeeper remember the customer suppose the customer comes back after the payment is cleared by the bank? No. Option A, B, C and D are the same. Shopkeeper will not deliver the product. It should be documented. Either it should be included in the payment process or it should happen offline at the shop. Any payment not cleared within a stipulated time say 5 minutes should be returned immediately to the account.

Branch Manager of respective Banks should be punished with heavy fine in every delay caused by them. It is the sole responsibility of the bank branch to protect the deposit of the customer.

Customer cannot do any malpractice in the process. Customer get the product only when the entire transaction is done and completed. Another aspect researched is about fraudulent bank accounts. It is a much more bigger crime from the side of the bankers. Banking is something that require trustworthiness to the core. Many of the customers are depending on their faith on to their bankers. Everyone is at risk when a Banker become a cheat. This is like having a thief in the ship. Bank can easily track accounts with regular transactions and it’s nature. Any banker supporting or becoming part of such corporal fraud should be given with capital punishment. This is a challenge against the national security of the nation. Protection of life and wealth of the citizens is the responsibility of the nation. Anyone, banker, shopkeeper, employee or anyone viewing such a crime very light is becoming part of the fraudulent network knowingly or unknowingly. Enormous pain under the process of researchers this three year research has to be understood well.

The number of communications and loose approach of the responsible people reveal the reality that the customer is bound to be cheated and never be protected.

This is same in every other area of social justice as well. Victims are further punished with further responsibility to prove the crime. Getting justice delivered effortlessly is now remain the dream of Mahatma Gandhi. Next time you meet a person simply check, one or the other way, there is plenty of stories of cheating emerging at every segment. Who will bell the cat? Who will deliver justice at the door step of the last citizen of the nation?
