The Healing Power of Silence | Unspoken Words Can Mend Your Spouse’s Heart | A tiny guide for caregiving spouses | Global TV

God listen to their silence and grant them the deepest desire of their heart even by doctoring the dictum.

By Ralph Martis

Many of us may not often experience the profound impact of our communication in silence for strengthening our deeper relationship with spouse. Most of us, many a times, may add more spices or use silence to spoil our relationships.  Few among the blessed couples get to experience the power of silence in strengthening their relationships and in helping the suffering spouse to cope up with the times and to come back to life with a rejuvenated body and a renewed spirit.

God listen to their silence and grant them the deepest desire of their heart even by doctoring the dictum. It becomes an Emmaus experience (Luke 24:13-35) to them when they realize the master’s plan and thereby strengthening them to rededicate their mission in the world in a more meaningful and powerful manner.

Communication in silence between spouses is profound particularly when it comes to supporting them mutually through their challenging times. While words have undeniable power, there is a unique potency in the unspoken language of silence. It is a language that speaks volumes without uttering a single word. The miraculous healing power of silence cannot be explained better than it can be experienced in its real sense and essence. What you convey in moments of quietude work wonders in curing your spouse’s heart and giving them a resurrection experience.

Creating a Safe Space:

In the moments of your silence, a sacred space is created between you, where your spouse feels safe, seen, and supported without the pressure of having to speak or explain themselves. By offering the gift of your silent presence, you communicate that you are fully there for them. Your readily recreated agenda for a renewed life around your spouse now onwards will hold enough space to handle the abundance of whatever emotions that is about to arise to awaken both of you in several ways.

Listening with Your Heart:

Silence is not merely the absence of sound but the presence of deep listening. It is a listening that goes beyond words and penetrates the heart. As you communicate in silence with your spouse, both of you listen to each other not with your ears but with your heart. You are attuning yourself to the emotional needs of your spouse, giving attention to their fears and taking steps to address their vulnerabilities. Your silent empathy and understanding give immense comfort to your spouse.

Conveying Love and Acceptance:

Sometimes when you are in distress, the most profound expressions of your love are best conveyed in the quiet moments between your words. In moments of your silence, your actions speak louder than words. When you offer a gentle touch, give a reassuring smile, or express a loving gaze that communicates your unwavering support and acceptance of your spouse, exactly as they are.

Allowing Space for Reflection:

Silence provides a fertile ground for reflection and introspection. It is a clear space where your spouse gets to delve deep into their memories and emotions that are connected with their present state of affairs. Sometimes, there is a chance for them to get to know the root causes that are resulted into the present state. Fear at young age or a similar experience of a loved one can embed a future state in their mind at the younger age. Relooking at those embedded behaviors with the expertise of the present person and support of the people around may transform the entire scenario into a reframed success story at once. Sometimes, the turnaround happens just like you wake up from an unpleasant dream of a storm that was shaking you in despair, as it disappears without you even remembering any trace of it. By honoring their need for silence, you are giving them the opportunity to process their feelings, gain clarity, and find their own answers within to come back to your life like a newborn.

Offering Solace and Comfort:

In times of pain or grief, the soothing presence of a loved one can provide more comfort than any words could ever express. As you sit in silence with your spouse, you offer them solace and comfort through your gentle presence. They are relaxed and empowered with your understanding gaze and unwavering support. Your silent solidarity speaks volumes, conveying a message of love, strength, and resilience.

In a world filled with noise and chatter, the healing power of silence often goes unnoticed and unappreciated. Yet, in the quiet moments shared between spouses, lies a profound opportunity for connection, healing, and transformation.

By embracing the language of silence, we can mend our spouse’s heart in ways that words alone cannot. You bring them back to life by offering solace, understanding, and unconditional love in the gentle embrace of quietude. Your spouse is in need of your healing presence and silence. What you talk in silence indeed cure them.

Let us reorient our priorities | Let us harness the potential of micro-capital interventions to drive grassroots economic recharging on a massive scale.

Strengthen Micro-Capital Interventions on shared ownership projects for Grassroots Economic Recharging | Take it a personal Call for Action | Global TV

Indian politics is all about accumulation of power and wealth for personal gains of a handful of people at various levels. Power is often wielded for personal gain rather than public good. The disparity between the privileged few amassing wealth through political clout and the marginalized masses struggling for economic survival has never been starker than it is today. As we witness the pervasive influence of money in politics and the widening gap between the haves and the have-nots, it becomes imperative to redirect our focus towards empowering grassroots communities through micro-capital interventions.

While politicians shamelessly exploit their positions of power to accumulate exorbitant wealth for themselves, the plight of ordinary citizens, particularly those at the grassroots level, remains a mere footnote in the annals of political discourse. There is no point in confronting this double standard. These are the bottomless buckets that can never get filled with tons of corruption one over the other. We should stop worrying about the corruption in the system and give focus to channel our collective energies towards initiatives that uplift the most vulnerable segments of society. It is like the ground water recharging system to keep the water table up. What happens otherwise cannot be predicted or presumed.

Micro-capital interventions offer a great hope in this world of disparity and disillusionment. Ideas for small-scale financial accumulation should create platforms for strengthening the grassroots entrepreneurs, artisans, farmers, and marginalized communities. Such interventions have the potential to catalyze economic recharging at the grassroots level.  Providing support for micro-enterprises, connecting small-scale farmers with women-led economic initiatives etc. are going to help the grassroots economic recharging. Micro-capital interventions are plenty. They can serve as a powerful tool for fostering inclusive growth and empowering communities to chart their own path towards economic prosperity.

Micro-capital interventions can truly make a transformative impact when we do interventions in a large scale. Replicable models are required. We should create models that can be operated independent and interdependent.

Each project should be scaled up on a massive scale like throwing seeds over a large landscape. Let each seed to grow on a pool of seeds. Let a set of seed integrated into decent farm unit. Things will evolve on its own when we look into the broader perspective of promoting inclusive and sustainable development.

Collaborate with the likeminded and pool resources towards a common goal. What you are creating for your advantage should become a supporting system for society building and in helping the most marginalized and vulnerable communities.

It is difficult to address the root causes of systemic corruption and political malfunctioning. Leaving them as it is will only perpetuate the cycle of poverty and inequality. The pervasive culture of cronyism, nepotism, and patronage cannot be dismantled. People who supposed to take stringent measures to hold politicians and public officials accountable for their actions are they themselves, unfortunately.

Transparency, accountability, and integrity supposed be upheld as non-negotiable principles of governance. Any deviation from these norms must be met with swift and decisive action. Who deviate? Who should take action? The scenario is similar to the saying; “the fence that supposed to protect the crop is eating the crop.”

The time has come to reorient our priorities. Instead of going against most of the politicians and some of the officials who are corrupt, let us harness the potential of micro-capital interventions to drive grassroots economic recharging on a massive scale. Let us rise above the politics of self-interest and embrace a vision of inclusive and equitable development where every citizen has the opportunity to thrive and prosper. It is only through collective action and unwavering commitment to the principles of justice and fairness that we can truly build a better future for all.

Minding the Gap | A Self Cautionary Note | It is equally important to Godmen and Religious Authorities | Global TV

God is closer to the seekers more than that to the godmen who present a distorted image of God to the true seekers.

There is a diverse array of religious authorities and spiritual leaders in societies across the world. Some of them wield considerable influence over their followers. These figures, often revered as Godmen or spiritual guides, hold significant power in shaping the beliefs and practices of their communities. Many of these leaders genuinely seek to uplift and inspire the people along with building their collective wealth and prosperity. There are also instances where the deliberations, actions and teachings of some of them deviate into dangerous territories that are eventually leading to the manipulation and exploitation of the faithful.

It is binding upon us to recognize the potential dangers posed by Godmen and religious authorities who misrepresent the nature of God and employ fear tactics to control and manipulate laypeople. Just as commuters are cautioned to “mind the gap” between the train and the platform for their safety, so too must we heed the warning signs of spiritual manipulation and distortion of truth.

At the heart of this issue lies the misuse of religious authority to instill fear and anxiety in the hearts of believers. Whether through threats of punishment or through promises of salvation, the godmen are seeking unquestioning obedience from the fearful or faithful. Godmen and religious authorities who exploit the innate human desire for meaning and transcendence to further their own agendas should know the gap between themselves and the God.

God is closer to the seekers more than that to the godmen who present a distorted image of God to the true seekers. Instead of presenting a loving, compassionate deity, they paint a picture of a vengeful, wrathful God who punishes those who dare to question or dissent. This portrayal not only fosters fear and anxiety but also undermines the very essence of spirituality, which is rooted in love, kindness, and empathy. God is watching all of them with compassion and caution.

Godmen propagate a hierarchical and authoritarian view of religious practice. They position themselves as intermediaries between the individual and the divine. They claim exclusive access to divine knowledge and blessings. They seek to control every aspect of their followers’ lives, from their beliefs and behaviors to their financial regulations towards their favourite contributions.

It is imperative that we should caution ourselves against the unchecked power and influence of Godmen and religious authorities. We must encourage critical thinking, independent inquiry, and a healthy skepticism of any individual or institution that claims to possess absolute truth or divine authority. Those who divide people in the name of God are the evils in any progressive society.

We must advocate transparency and accountability in religious organizations, holding leaders accountable for their actions and ensuring that they prioritize the well-being and spiritual growth of their people above all else. The true essence of spirituality lies in fostering a deep and personal connection with the divine, free from fear, coercion, or manipulation. God is always closer to the seekers.

Just as passengers are urged to mind the gap between the train and the platform for their safety, we should remind the godmen to be vigilant in safeguarding their spiritual space and distance from the omnipotent and omnipresent God. How are you distancing yourselves from the divinity that is closer to you?

We should mind the gap between God and the distorted depictions propagated by unscrupulous Godmen and religious authorities. By promoting discernment, empowerment, and a genuine pursuit of truth and authenticity, we can do our spiritual journey with clarity, integrity, and resilience.
