There need to be a Judicial check on violations in the name of development in Smart Cities. We come across incidents even the National Green Tribunal not admitting cases against violations against the nature. We are planting the seeds of disaster which our grandchildren pay back heavy prices.
Violations of law is a temporary mechanism. Every violations remain recorded and get exposed in the future. By the time the people who had committed the mistake disappear from the site. We have seen it when four apartments were bomb blasted and grounded to nil in the state of Kerala on Supreme Court order against CRZ VIOLATIONS. People were asked to vacate their houses overnight. Everyone was making attempts to prolong action against the violations of crucial nature.
Land acquisition departments and people working associated with them should be upright officials. An airline will not allow a mentally unfit pilot to fly an aircraft. A country should not allow morally bankrupt officers to take key positions. Politicians eying on prime properties and making efforts to grab them is a common sight today. It is like cats drinking the milk by closing eyes. Entire world can see them doing all kinds of dirty tricks. We should model the Singapore Prime Minister. Corrupt should go to jail. Country will progress only when there is growth for the people.
Money is definitely not the criteria to be happy in this world or any further world. Happiness comes when we honor our consciousness. We should learn to live an uptight life. Our words will carry wait when we are filled and fueled with integrity and dignity.
Everyone wish others to be upright. The moment we become upright, our children and others become upright.
Action should come from the top of the authorities and from the deep of our minds. There is no alternative for an inspired person. One person also can change the world when he or she or whoever is upright and God fearing. We are answerable to God. Nature should be preserved and protected. That is the primary dictum in the universe. Subscribe. No bribe.

സഖാവ് പന്ന്യന്റെ വീടേതാ?’’ കക്കാട് സ്പിന്നിങ് മില്ലിനു സമീപം റോഡരികിൽ കണ്ടയാളോട് വഴി ചോദിച്ചു. ‘‘അതാ, ആ കാണുന്ന ബോർഡ് മൂപ്പരുടെ മോന്റെ വീട്ടിലേക്കുള്ളതാ. അയിന്റടുത്ത് തന്നെയാ മൂപ്പരെ വീടും. ആ റോഡിൽ കേറി ആരോടെങ്കിലും ചോയിച്ചാ മതി’’ -‘അഡ്വ. രൂപേഷ് പന്ന്യൻ’ എന്ന് എഴുതിയ ദിശാസൂചക ഫലകം ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി മറുപടിയെത്തി.
ആ ഇടറോഡിലെ ആളനക്കമുള്ള വീട്ടിൽ കയറി വീണ്ടും വഴിചോദിച്ചു. ‘‘ആദ്യത്തെ വീട് രവീന്ദ്രൻ സഖാവിന്റേത്. അപ്പറത്തേത് മോന്റെ.’’ അവർ കൈ ചൂണ്ടിക്കൊണ്ടു പറഞ്ഞു. ഏറെ പഴക്കം തോന്നിക്കുന്ന, ഏച്ചുകൂട്ടിയെടുത്ത പഴയ വീട്. വീട്ടുചുമർ തന്നെയാണ് റോഡിനെയും വീടിനെയും വേർതിരിക്കുന്നത്. പേരക്കുട്ടിയുടെ സൈക്കിൾ നിർത്തിയിടാനുള്ള മുറ്റംപോലുമില്ല. നാലു വർഷം തലസ്ഥാന നഗരിയുടെ എം.പിയായ, സി.പി.ഐയുടെ സംസ്ഥാന സെക്രട്ടറിയായ പന്ന്യൻ രവീന്ദ്രൻ എന്ന വലിയ മനുഷ്യന്റെ വീടാണിത്..!!!
ഞങ്ങൾ അവിടെനിന്ന് പരുങ്ങുന്നതു കണ്ട് വാതിൽ തുറന്ന് റോഡിലേക്ക് തലയിട്ട് വീട്ടുകാരി ചോദിച്ചു, ‘‘ആരാ?...’’ സഖാവ് പന്ന്യനെ കാണാൻ വന്നതാണെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ, വരൂ എന്നുപറഞ്ഞ് അവർ അകത്തേക്കു കയറി.പിന്നാലെ കൈലിമുണ്ടും കൈയില്ലാ ബനിയനും ഇട്ട്, ചിരിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് പന്ന്യൻ പുറത്തുവന്ന് ഞങ്ങളെ സ്വീകരിച്ചു.
രണ്ടു മണിക്കൂർ നീണ്ടു പന്ന്യനുമായി കൂടിക്കാഴ്ച. അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞതിൽ ഏറെയും അമ്മയെക്കുറിച്ചായിരുന്നു, എത്ര പറഞ്ഞിട്ടും മതിവരാത്തതുപോലെ. ഓലമേഞ്ഞ, ചോർന്നൊലിക്കുന്ന മൺവീട്ടിൽ കുഞ്ഞുരവീന്ദ്രനെ ആ അമ്മ ചേർത്തുപിടിക്കുന്നത് ആ പന്ന്യന്റെ വാക്കുകളിലൂടെ കണ്ടു.

ഇതിന്റെ സന്തോഷസൂചകമായി അവർ ചെറിയ തുക പിരിവിട്ട് 5000 രൂപയും കുറച്ച് സാധനങ്ങളുമായി വീട്ടിൽ വന്നു. അന്നു രാത്രി അമ്മ എന്നെ അടുത്ത് വിളിച്ചു ചേർത്തുനിർത്തി പറഞ്ഞു: ‘‘ആ പൈസ നമുക്ക് വേണ്ട. അർഹതപ്പെട്ടതല്ല. അത് തൊഴിലാളികളുടെ വിയർപ്പാണ്. തിരിച്ചുകൊടുത്തേക്കണം. അനർഹമായതൊന്നും നമുക്ക് വേണ്ട."

During the harvest season, an abundance of fruits and dry fruits would be harvested and used to create the delicious plum cake. Now, you might wonder why we add alcohol. Well, as the saying goes, life needs a spirit. For the cake to last for several months, acting as a preservative, alcohol plays a crucial role. It not only provides a kick but also takes care of the technical aspects of cake mixing.
At The Ocean Pearl, the Christmas season is the perfect time for creativity. When we engage in this cake mixing ceremony, the spirit of Christmas permeates through society. Some of our comments had become paradigm shift for other’s thought process and perspectives. One important topic of our communication was about the oneness of God. Stephen R. Covey recounts a paradigm shift that occurred during one of his train journeys. He observed a seemingly inattentive father allowing his children to run around and disturbing the fellow travellers. It was leading Covey to make an initial judgment about the parenting skills of that person. A fellow passenger revealed then that the children had lost their motherand the man his wife, a few hours back.
A paradigm shift took place in Covey’s perspectiveand approach to the person instantly by hearing the story. He learned his judgments were based on incomplete information. Astonishingly, Prophet Muhammad was not the first one to experience a paradigm shift about the divine calling that would change the course of entire history of human kind. It was Waraqah, who was a Christian and knowledgeable about the scriptures to experience the paradigm shift first.

The first words of the revelation were, “Iqra!” which means “Read!” or “Recite!” Muhammad, startled and confused, responded that he could not read. The angel repeated the command three times, each time Muhammad gave the same response.
After the third repetition, the angel Gabriel revealed the first verses, “Read in the name of your Lord who created. Created man from a clinging substance.Read, and your Lord is the most Generous – Who taught by the pen – Taught man that which he knew not.”
After the first experience with the angel Gabriel in the Cave of Hira, the Prophet Muhammad was initially filled with awe and confusion. He was deeply affected by the experience and didn’t fully understand the significance of what had just happened. He returned home to his wife, Khadijah, and shared his experience with her.
Khadijah consulted her cousin Waraqah ibn Nawfal, who was a Christian and knowledgeable about the scriptures.It was a paradigm shift for him first.
Waraqah ibn Nawfal confirmed that the angel Gabriel’s visit to Muhammad was a sign of his prophet hood. We can see a chain of paradigm shift happening thereafter in the life of millions of people. He became a devoted follower of the Prophet Muhammad and embraced Islam wholeheartedly.
Umar’s conversion was a paradigm shift in Islamic history as such. His strong personality, leadership qualities, and firm commitment to the faith made him an invaluable asset to the Muslim community. He went on to become the second caliph of Islam after the death of the Prophet Muhammad.
His contributions to the early Islamic community were significant. Umar’s transformation from a staunch opponent of Islam to one of its most influential figures is a testament to the power of paradigm shift in one life.
