When you engage high profile Human Capital, you are not only saving salaries but also gain a lot from the others new endeavours. All that you should show is a kind of a balanced approach to retain the relationship beyond monetary terms. The advantages of high power human capital are as follows.

Innovation and Adaptability:

Human capital is the driving force behind innovation and adaptability. In a rapidly changing business environment, the ability to innovate and adapt to new trends and technologies is a critical competitive advantage. Human capital, with its creativity and problem-solving abilities, is essential for developing new products, improving processes, and staying ahead of the competition.

Professional Engagement:

Engaged Professionals are more productive and committed to the success of the organization. When employees feel valued, supported, and part of a collaborative team, they are more likely to go the extra mile. A strong human capital strategy fosters employee engagement, which, in turn, leads to better overall performance and growth.

Knowledge Retention:

The knowledge and expertise of a company’s employees are invaluable. Investing in employee development and knowledge retention programs can help preserve institutional knowledge, making it easier to respond to challenges and opportunities. It reduces the reliance on external sources for expertise.

Sustainability:

A business’s long-term sustainability depends on its ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent. Relying solely on finance capital, especially when it involves borrowing, can lead to financial instability. In contrast, investing in human capital ensures a pool of skilled employees who can drive the company forward without excessive reliance on external financial sources.

Cost Efficiency:

Borrowed finance capital often comes with interest payments and financial obligations. Over time, these financial commitments can strain an organization’s resources. Investing in human capital, such as training and development, can be a cost-efficient strategy for improving performance and reducing the need for excessive borrowing.

Reputation and Brand:

Companies known for their positive workplace culture and commitment to employee well-being often attract top talent and loyal customers. Building a strong human capital foundation can positively influence a company’s reputation and brand, leading to increased market share and sustainable growth.

While finance capital is undoubtedly important for covering operational expenses, expansion, and investment, it should not be the sole driver of growth. Engaging human capital is equally, if not more, critical for long-term success. Investing in employees, fetching external collaborations, fostering innovation, and promoting a healthy work environment are strategies that can ensure a sustainable, resilient, and adaptable organization. In today’s dynamic business world, companies that prioritize their human capital and foster human collaborations are more likely to thrive and achieve their goals without over-reliance on borrowed finance capital. Merge new ideas to emerge super successful in the ever changing business world. There is nothing changing faster than business success.

Smrithi: Preserving Cinema’s Cultural Renaissance in Kothamangalam

In Kothamangalam’s history, a cultural renaissance unfolded over the last three to four decades that has left an indelible mark. A particular date stands out, etched in the annals of this vibrant town: October 22, a day to be celebrated and remembered. Twenty-three years ago, on October 22, 2000, a memorable ceremony was organized to honour none other than the esteemed Adoor Gopalakrishnan at Kothamangalam. The event took place at the iconic Jawahar Theater. It was a moment of pride and cultural significance.

At the heart of this resurgence was the ‘Film Society Movement,’ a historical mission aimed at rejuvenating the cinematic senses of Malayalees. The year 2000 marked not only the 35th anniversary of the inception of ‘Chitralekha,’ Kerala’s first film society founded in 1965 under the visionary leadership of Adoor Gopalakrishnan but also a day of tremendous honor for the cultural community of Kothamangalam. Adoor Gopalakrishnan had played an invaluable role in ensuring India’s proud representation on the world’s film stage, following in the footsteps of Satyajit Ray.

Adoor shared a profound connection with Kothamangalam. It is evident in the remarkable achievements of ‘Sumangala,’ initiated in 1976 as part of the Film Society Movement. His intellectual partnerships within the film industry, the correspondence and interactions fostered by young organizers with contemporaries in the field were all tremendous.

Kothamangalam had its own source of pride.  Smrithi’s dedication to preserving and nurturing the cinematic and cultural heritage of Kothamangalam has been a shining a light on the path of self-discovery and cultural reawakening.

In an era where traditions are at risk of fading away, organizations like Smrithi remind us of the importance of valuing our cultural heritage and artistic achievements. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Smrithi and their continuing efforts to inspire and preserve the cultural vibrancy of Kothamangalam.

A Path to Dignity and Equality for Sexual Minorities is through the world of respectful employment opportunities; said Padma Shri Manjamma Jogathi, former chairperson, Karnataka Janapada Academy.

Are we addressing the Challenges or Running Away | Employment is Essential to sustain life | Most of the issues in the society vanishes when people are well placed | Global TV

By NV Paulose

The recent statements made by former Karnataka Janapada Academy chairperson Padma Shri Manjamma Jogathi, as well as other prominent figures, at School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya, while releasing “Bimbadolagondu Bimba,” authored by Dr. Reshma Ullal,  shed light on an important issue that often remains at the periphery of social discourse. The livelihood and rights of sexual minorities is crucial just it is important for every other people in the society. We understand the need of employment for others, then, why not extend these principles to every facet of society, including employment opportunities for sexual minorities?

Manjamma Jogathi has eloquently articulated the primary need of sexual minorities. They need to sustain life through employment. She emphasizes that compassion shown in words alone isn’t sufficient; practical support is essential. Her call for government and non-governmental organizations to offer job opportunities is both timely and significant. By offering employment, we empower sexual minorities to lead independent and dignified lives.

Additionally, Jogathi’s demand for old age pensions for elderly members of the sexual minority community is vital reminder of the vulnerabilities they face as they age. Access to social safety nets, just like any other citizen, is a basic right that should be provided.

Dakshina Kannada Deputy Commissioner M.P. Mullai Muhilan’s statement reinforces the fundamental principle that sexual minorities. Everyone has the right to live without fear of discrimination or ill-treatment. This is a sentiment that must be echoed by all levels of society, from individuals to institutions.

Cinema director B.S. Lingadevaru’s insight into the multifaceted challenges faced by sexual minorities, including social, economic, religious, and cultural dimensions, is crucial for understanding the complexity of their lives. It highlights the importance of policies and programs that address these unique challenges comprehensively.

Rakesh Shetty’s commitment, representing Suez India, to employ sexual minorities in Mangaluru based on their educational qualifications is a commendable step in the right direction. It is a reflection of how the private sector can actively participate in fostering inclusivity.

As we consider these perspectives and calls for action, it becomes evident that society must evolve to ensure that sexual minorities have equal opportunities and rights. There should be an intensive effort from all sectors; governmental, non-governmental, and private; to address these issues.

Manjamma Jogathi’s hope that by offering employment opportunities, complaints against sexual minorities could be reduced is an aspiration worth pursuing. However, it is important to remember that employment is only one piece of the puzzle. Comprehensive measures that address the broader issues of stigma, discrimination, and inequality must be taken.

The proposed caste census could be a crucial tool in recognizing the unique challenges faced by sexual minorities and tailoring policies accordingly. The government’s role in providing facilities and support for sexual minorities is indispensable.

The sentiments shared by the dignitaries underscore the need for a more inclusive society, where sexual minorities are not only seen but supported in leading lives of dignity and purpose. It is a call for action, and it’s obligatory upon all of us to respond to it. By doing so, we take a significant step towards a more just and equal world for all.
